Not trying to jump down your throat so much as point out the basic reality, that the human experience is making judgements based off of incomplete information. When it comes to homicide cases in particular I believe in keeping an open mind, as new facts can completely change the case.

I would like to see exactly how you fight off a Grizzly, Wolves, Mountain lions, Boars ect with your penis that is apparently larger then micro. If you submit video evidence of how to do that, I will stop carrying.

There is a reasonable self defense case that could be made for kyle. And assuming he can afford quality legal defense, he could walk. After being commanded to leave to leave, blue shirt Trespasses on kyles domicile, and probably meets the legal definition of assault in Texas, Blue shirt also pulls up on the rifle with the back of his hand, and throws kyle off of his property. Like The case is a clusterfuck. and Kyles warning shot will probably bite him in the ass, as warning shots are always stu…

Rosenbaum anally raped 5 children under 10... The idea the anal rape isn't harmful is some kind of delusional... Seek professional help.

Sadly If I retorted seriously, I would break a site wide rule or two. I will mention that pedos like rosenbaum deserve capital punishment.

Normally I would counter your bullshit, by simply stating the facts of the case. But given how you are apparently a self avowed socialist, I will instead point out that it seems you are butt hurt over the two commies who where made good.

Silly "Menisists" complaining about their... Body count? does that shit say body count? Who the fuck is the sociopath that made this?

Eh, This isn't over yet. I think the judge was outside of his depth dealing with horribly written laws, and knows the case is going to be appealed, so he booted that shit out of his court. I believe the funds are inaccessible to the defendent's, and I have it on good authority that an appeal has been filed.

MSM is trash, heck most of what currently passes as "Journalism" is trash. I don't have some sage answer as to what you should do about that other then don't blindly trust that your information is accurate.

Can we stop with the arbitrary faffing about with something that should be simple. You get a paper and then you grade it to the best of your ability without manipulating the results... have a shred of professional integrity.

I can't comprehend the difference between two people having sex, and two people having sex and filming the act. Who exactly is harmed here? You have the right to consent to the sex but you don't have the right to film yourself doing it? so odd.

I have not nor will I ever rape someone. Fuck anyone who claims I must take responsibility for the actions of another person. And you can't complain about men patronizing women by doing things like walking you to your car and turn around and bitch about how unsafe you are walking to your car. Seriously no amount of bitching will make predators magically disappear, and sorry to say males are on average stronger then women.

I don't think a gay man would enjoy getting raped no... I also disagree with the death penalty on the simple basis that the justice system doesn't always get the right person. not to mention below. sixteen women have been executed in the United States.[1] Women represent just 1.09% of the 1,466 executions performed in the United States since 1976.

Poor girl... Teaching boys not to rape is likely going to have an adverse affect... To begin with predators exist, who have the compulsion to do terrible things... secondly... I can see the implied message that all men are rapists being used by a rapist to justify their actions to themselves. Visiting a park (In a city) at night just seems like a bad idea for anyone of any gender.... While I wish I lived in a better world the reality is that Unhappy people tend to do unhappy things.

“It is more important that innocence be protected than it is that guilt be punished, for guilt and crimes are so frequent in this world that they cannot all be punished. But if innocence itself is brought to the bar and condemned, perhaps to die, then the citizen will say, 'whether I do good or whether I do evil is immaterial, for innocence itself is no protection,' and if such an idea as that were to take hold in the mind of the citizen that would be the end of security whatsoever.”

Dearest MRA people... There needs to be a campaign informing the youth of this... I'll leave it to you. Indeed, if you suspect you are going to become the subject of a Title IX investigation, the optimal strategy may very well be to file the first complaint. For reasons not completely clear to me, Title IX administrators often appear biased in favor of the initial complainant, and presume the other party is the wrongdoer.
