To be clear, The "patriarchy" is not a group of dudes doing "evil stuff" - it's a set of ideals that we hope to dismantle in order to improve the lives of the people negatively affected by it - so in that way it is still absolutely a relevant term within the feminist vocabulary. Correct me if i'm wrong, but the percentage of male/male crashes appears to be higher than the female/female crashes. (xpost r/videos) The fact that you feel uncomfortable about letting your own children run around nude or have a bath with you seems to be the bigger issue here. Kids shouldn't have to worry about being who they are and doing what makes them happy in their own homes with their families. 2	12 men circumcised by force by medical personnel — women approve, and say the victims are now clean and will perform better in bed. Hello, I am a feminist. I was aware that there are some terrifying and harmful traditions in Africa, but to think that anyone would want to force anybody else to have their genitals mutilated is horrifying and shocking. It is frightening that the menfolk thought it was necessary, and the women encouraged the mutilation of their loved ones.
