Take the equitable distribution the way it is stated according to the law Take every penny that you’re owed. After the divorce is done, you can treat her the way she treated you. Make sure that you get written into the contract that if she tries to sue you in the future for child support, she has to pay your legal fees as well as hers. Tell your lawyer, you want a couple of safeguards against her retaliation for bringing the affair to light. She will want revenge.
