The Elektron sequencer I was talking about is not essential. I'm just into hardware. Like I said, any DAW (Ableton Live, Fruity Loops) is a sequencer so you don't have to buy anything but the DAW(Digital Audio Workstation software.) I prefer Ableton Live. Theres different tiers of the program. I have Suite version which is a bit expensive. But there is Standard version and even a free demo you could try. That said Fruity Loops is totally legit too. I’m a decent singer but I’ll still throw some auto tune on my vocal tracks sometimes. I use Ableton Live 10. But FL Studio is good too. If you don’t want to buy the auto tune vst there’s a free auto tune-like plug-in made by Melda.
