Thought this would be a good post explaining what I experienced with my mom, but it fell short. What I experienced, was that my dad always bitches about my moms cooking, it's always either "too salty" or "not salty enough." One night when my dad went out of town, I told my mom that the dinner was "good" when she asked if it was too salty. It really slowed down the mood and she even seemed kind of pissed, and knowing she was missing my dad I said "actually, it's too salty." And she IMMEDIATELY br…

Thanks bro I will, one quick specific question then I'll get back to you in a month: do you try to keep your lungs empty(like depressed might be a better word) then maintain small and slow breaths, or do you do it on full lungs. Also, if it's the former, then should I be emptying my lungs when they automatically(unconsciously) fill up with air? Thank you!

Lol you know you gotta rip this girl from your life. Follow other's advice and also no need to break up with her, just block her out suddenly. It'll give you the upper hand for a while and make it easier to move on initially. Don't look for a replacement, improve yourself!

Are you suggesting to be mean to your target? Examples of so, ones that you think would work.

Could you elaborate? Have you ever had success doing the opposite?

Yeah that IS alpha bro. You're already taking proper ACTION, and my post is about is improving communication. If you read Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People," you'll note that people will only be able to see how alpha you are by letting them talk about themselves. It'll honestly improve my aspects of your life if you continue to take the action in your life that you want and that best suits you, while keeping the topic of conversation as far off of you as possible, and pref…

IDK man, at some point you've gotta make your own decisions. I don't talk to my ex anymore so there's no benefit in following her for me or for her. It only creates dread inside of me which wouldn't help me move on., but i also understand the father figure emotion where you want to see that she's alright. I'd vote block and be grateful that you aren't allowed to see whether she's happier or not without you. Some great quote goes something like "The greatest revenge will be to live a happy life, …

Dude I blocked my ex on everything and sometimes I still wish I didn't and I'll cry thinking about her and all that good stuff but you need to remind yourself that whenever you feel that way, you're feeling that way "right now" and in an hour if you're playing Xbox or something you're not going to feel that way anymore. Remind yourself "I'm feeling this way right now, and that's okay." Blocking her will help you from competing against each other. Someone told me the first pic my ex posted after …

Okay fuck all the other comments this is the only one you need to read. 1st off, your purpose should be to love and love fully. This doesn't mean love one person, or one hobby, or yourself. It means giving your full masculine gift every day. Read "The Way of the Superior Man." You can however, love people of your tribe more. Ex: people that look like you, that share your culture, that you're attracted to etc. 2nd. You have to imagine that she has already slept with someone else. To make it easie…

Thank you for your comment. So are you saying like don't even look at them, or what? Dread them by hitting on their friends to get the initial interest? Or by not giving them any attention from the start they'll find their way to me?

Hello, might be able to help. You could be more in touch with your emotions which is a feminine trait, but also one of the few advantages a woman biologically has over men. This is a skill that you probably enjoy developing as it leads to greater self awareness and reading other people. The problem with it though is that you also develop the mirror neurons of the emotion a woman has when she is turned on by a guy. For men, if you feel this emotion, you'll feel the sensation in your ass, idk what…

Dude... you worded that so well and made such a solid point. With that, I'd completely agree. Hell, you should honestly even make a post about this. I suppose I was getting at the same thing, because I believe that you can't really follow your instincts without thinking about self. Following that train of thought, I'd actually argue that it's impossible to follow one's instinct nowadays. Where this debate is getting at is extremely abstract so fill in the blanks perhaps? My argument is that we h…

Also, another great way to silence the ego and feel your true self is to be away from things that give you an endorphin rush such as phones, tv, sugary foods, and drugs. You'll feel A LOT of resistance.

Haha yeah that's the thing, he is such a badass until you realize he probably won't ever fight any of the legendary fighters like Connor because he'll probably always be in these lower weight classes

No... wrong. I get where you're coming from though. The man is BP in the sense of becoming a provider = being a man. He got married at 18. Sometimes the best thing you can say is "that sucks man."

Yeah if you look into his past he is a truly admirable man. Sad he lost, but Cody seems like he is a good dude too behind his young machoism.

Absolutely great post but I'm slightly confused on one issue: rambling. Isn't that perceived as a negative thing? That the guy talks too much? How do you suggest doing this successfully...?

Does the flirting not make you jealous? I would feel like they are building romantic/lusting relationships and increases the chance for mistakes significantly.

Great post, and it wouldn't have been if you didn't quote yourself and explain your definition of narcissism. Text book narcissism is a bad thing and very BP. Text book narcissism is thinking one is special (in the context of society not existence) and thinking one deserves things. It is thinking a community serves them, rather than seeing the community as serving each other. Instead of seeing how they can make the world a better place for themselves and those they care about, they see it as the…
