1	Another push for gender over talent. Hah this will never happen! The producing and mixing is the REAL HARD WORK. I am a producer/songwriter working my way up the industry now and I have met TONS of women and 99 percent of them are looking for a guy to produce and record and mix their songs.. they don't want to do it AT ALL... Want to know why??? Because it takes a shit ton of work. Sitting their for 100 hours making sounds and crafting something that sounds fresh.. That's where all the real work is done!
