She went berserk over all of my social media and forced me to delete it or divorce and take away my kids However she still has hers, and posts selfies and bikini pics and solicits likes from everyone and that's ok to her She is absolutely obsessed with it and it consumes her life completely and inflates her ego

What you did was wrong, but what she did was wrong so therefore neither of you can claim the high ground and unfairly Lord it over the other. However note that when she first cheated on you, you still had to "work on yourself" , which is insane. You were the victim then. She needs to understand how you forgave her, and you need to forgive yourself too. I'd say, both of you focus on your kids and stop the cheating

May I ask why, in her mind does she hate you so badly?

Yeah but this guy literally just said "yesterday" and talking about dating And I'll agree that once they see you're gonna divorce them, they realize you've called their bluff. But it's too late

If I could upvote this 10000 times That's exactly why the Democrat party is so insane and disgusting. It consists of nearly all of them.

You're not even divorced yet? The thought of dating makes me sick to my stomach. The risk of another one of these is too great

It's easy If I don't do it, she will have me falsely arrested and continue to act violent and insane AND If I lose my job due to her, then there is nobody to provide and pay for everything

Seeing as how men work more hours, I find these accusations of being a child or man child hilarious My wife will tell me that I'm a baby or that I'm selfish, when I'm the one who works full time and pays for everything. Funny how that works isn't it? You can only lead the willing. And remember, in this society you are not the leader, you are her "equal" What you say is mostly bullshit

This is my life and now I am taking control of it back
/r/Divorce_Men17/09/24 11:13 AM

Well then you'll actually never know the difference will you? Sometimes they are doing both, and you are harming yourself by not taking it seriously. Typically it's a threat to control mixed with actual desire

Sadly I agree. This phrase is overused generally so people can cope with their own behavior. I cannot fathom bringing an affair partner around your children. My blood would boil.

Sign nothing and call a lawyer She tried to scam you by putting your house for sale and asking you to sign documents quickly Do what you know that she would do to you Call a lawyer and negotiate a retainer

DON'T DELETE SHIT EXCEPT FOR YOUR EXES PHONE NUMBER! You guys better not do anything like that. You are hurt because you were a selfless pack animal with a collar on your throat being whipped by a tyrant. Time to get in shape, get hobbies, and BE "SELFISH"

You are something else and make me laugh You think at this point that you're gonna control a grown woman who is already a smoker? Who the fuck would even want to deal with that, from either perspective
/r/Divorce_Men14/09/24 03:50 PM

You should raise your standards and stay off dating apps Go to the gym or playground with the kids and focus on yourself and them You should in general be far, far less tolerant of female drama and bullshit. They are not worth the trouble they cause.

How are you to blame if she constantly threatened separating? My wife did this for a long time, despite being told over and over again by the therapist to stop That shit is like acid that eats away at you. Why are you doing anything for this person that constantly threatens you? Honestly, fuck her. She is a manipulator. And, I'm sure you aren't perfect, but you got angry because she has literally been psychologically harming you You cannot trust people like her, and you can't do anything meaning…

You have a good chance if she is actually this insane You will need photographic or physical evidence though If her parents are decent, ask them to help you Unless they are real scumbags, they should support you

A protection order for a false reason? I swear to God, these women need to be hauled off to prison. This shit is rampant and insane. You should honestly punish her for that and cut off all contact except for the kid

Because it's a perfect analogy It is an old expression as far as I know It means that you understand the relationship will never be satisfied. Some men cannot see this and work themselves to death, not knowing that the pit is in fact bottomless
/r/Divorce_Men12/09/24 02:12 PM

Your wife sounds like a poorly raised nightmare child Sounds like she was a bottomless pit, and you did the right thing or else you'd have literally worked yourself to an early grave

I can honestly never recommend dating apps to anyone It ended badly for me My advice, and you will never change my mind, is to let them come to you in real life, or don't bother

LISTEN DUDE this is always how it starts Borderlines will smother you at first You should for the rest of your life be side eying and suspicious of all women We are not the same, the laws and society do not treat us the same Do not let the same thing happen to you again
/r/Divorce_Men11/09/24 02:48 PM
2

Sounds to me like your wife has borderline personality disorder, like mine does Your daughter loves you because your ex is neglectful and selfish Yes, she will need therapy and she needs your love to offset what she doesn't get from her mom As long as the insane ex does not start trouble, I'd keep seeing your kids
/r/Divorce_Men10/09/24 05:50 PM

Stay off of Facebook dating dude You do not want a woman on Facebook, at all. Women and Facebook is a FAILING COMBINATION All of our goals should be to find a woman who has zero to fucking do on Facebook or keeps it to a complete minimum
