I just listened to this really interesting podcast on hormonal BC pills. https://open.spotify.com/episode/25KOibJ2uC9QqbUST6eahm?si=g_nJbCz5RBaDM0bB8jFHAA&dl_branch=1

My best friend and sister got me this same drill for my birthday in March, specifically so I would never need to call my ex for help installing anything again (I had moved out in Feb, he's since been blocked & deleted). I've hung up quite a few things that require drywall anchors (coat rack, yoga mat/exercise equipment holder, wall mounted cat scratcher). Each time I've gotten better at the install and it's so rewarding!!

Ha! My LVX always chastised me for talking about him with my girlfriends, saying "they don't need to know about our business" 🙄and now I really understand why he didn't like that.

One thing so add, I completely understand the shattered feeling. I'm dealing now with the guilt of letting myself down for so long and not putting myself first. Working on it in therapy and through daily habits that remind myself I am worth what I deserve.

Wow. First off I am so proud of you and that you found yourself again and this forum. Your experience resonates with me so much. I was not with him for 10 years nor did we have kids but 2020 kicked up the drinking and I started with Alanon. A kind stranger sent me the link to this sub and it's helped me so much in my pickmeisha recovery journey. I'm inspired daily by all of the strong, amazing women in this sub. ♥️

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
