Let's work through that proposal. She made up a claim about a group of boys assaulting her. If she were to be charged with assault as a result of her lies, what would happen if it want to court? It would get dismissed immediately, because there is no evidence that she assaulted anyone. You seem to have a poor understanding of how the law works. Are you suggesting that we should change laws to allow the state to convict people of crimes that they did not commit?

How many times do I have to post my opinion? Enforce laws that criminalize making false reports to police, and ensure that people damaged by those reports have access to courts that will award civil remedies to torts like slander or libel. Don't put people on sex offender lists who have not committed sexual offenses.

You can see that those knees and punches were weak and exaggerated. He was quite larger than her, and could have quickly beaten her into submission if he chose to. He was using a strategy that uses a person's natural reaction to protect themselves in an effort to gain better control of her hands. If you throw knee or punch at someone's side they will instinctively drop their arm to block the strike, and that will allow the officers an opportunity to better control her arms.
