This post reminds me of a podcast I listened to where a Chinese couple (surrogacy is illegal in China) hired an American woman to be a surrogate. The American woman claimed to want to be a surrogate bc she wanted to have a connection with someone from another culture but the Chinese couple eventually said they would want nothing to do with her after the child was born. This was bc the Chinese woman was lying to everyone about being pregnant hiding out in a rented cabin and claiming to be seeking…

All that matters is that you made it here. My friend is definitely not ready to give up her addiction to male attention but she knows I won't enable her poor decisions. Hopefully eventually she'll figure it out.

This sounds like someone I know, listen to this: -She talks to a guys who she admits is snarky and rude to her, and gave her an std. -One night (well after the std encounter) he tries to invite himself over. She says no but the next morning he tries again and she allows him to come over. -He put no effort into getting her off which led her to refuse sex. -She refused to go down on him because of the lack of reciprocity and he said "She must be a lesbian to not want to do that with him." -He imme…

It always made me uncomfortable how often he would talk about other women to Hila. And whenever they are talking about a "hot guy" Ethan always tries to make Hila acknowledge that the guy is attractive. I feel like he does this to try and make it appear as though it isn't bad when he talks about women in comparison. Zach just grosses me out, I can't stand him or the attempts at appearing like an edgy "joker brain"

Yeah and she's doing the whole I laugh to keep from crying routine. It was a hard stream to watch

He strung along the (legitimate) porn star he was dating, apparently he refused to acknowledge they were dating until it was over (I watched a stream they did together since he was able to keep her in orbit after the break up). Classic LVM behavior, I'm sure he is generally unwilling to commit to any actual woman

It might be that the roommates are annoyed when she comes over for one reason or another but if she brings everyone food her presence is more welcome?

Exactly, I understand that compulsory military service puts a damper on timelines but apparently they started dating in 2015. And yeah I've been loosely following her and she only really hangs out with Asians, even in LA, I just think people like that are super weird.

I had a friend from our teenage days that started dating a guy in college. He was a bit older, and maybe a few months in finds out he has like a 6 year old from a casual fling. I said it not okay he lied, she said she "understood." They got married this year, only took ten years of dating.

-Not being forthright with what is currently going on in their lives despite the fact that you talk everyday -Slowly learning that the friends they keep are not the kinds of folks you'd want to hang around with through the conversations you have
