I don't think that's such a good idea as it may turn out to be not-genuine, and you just appear to be 'repaying' the compliment. 1	Getting signs from a cashier at my local shop, and all I can manage to do is tease. It seems like you've established good rapport. Why not just ask her out to drinks? She's most likely to ask to meet after her shift ends. It can go one of two ways: A. She's into it and agrees to the 'mini date'. You can transition then and see where it goes. B. She declines/keeps rescheduling. You know not to waste your time. This is what helped me most.
