| 1 | 'Man Tax'If that's granted then I can imagine any such restaurants claiming the exact same thing and getting away with it in court based on the precedent. Of course, it's probably not much to worry about as, unless they happen to just make some ridiculously tasty food, they're going to go out of business fast if they're freezing out half their customer base.
