1	Is being in a Frat beta? My problem with the alpha/beta terminology is that drastically oversimplifies people. Obviously nobody wants to be a beta, but when you really drill down into what it means to be a confident, self-actualized man, the path looks different for everybody. 1	Is being in a Frat beta? I'm not saying the alpha/beta hierarchy doesn't exist in the animal kingdom, but the way we apply it to humans is ridiculous. A lot of guys translate it to mean they need to be a "man's man" and try to fit into a certain mold that is completely different than who they really are.
