That’s fair, I’ve always boiled it down to amount of opportunities and exposure just like in sales. Live in bumfuck ruralville have fun with everyone knowing you and your shit. Go to a university that’s not MIT, swimming in it regularly if you can speak normally and are reasonably hygienic. Same with a city, have to be in places at right time with exposure
