This is the worst place to ask for opinions on veganism. Most people here are blue pilled when it comes to health, they are close minded and will continue to eat what they've been fed their whole lives. Do whatever the fuck you wanna do.

There is so many options nowadays. Soy, almond, cashew, coconut, Pea, hemp , oat, rice etc. Just like dairy milk, they are all fortified with vitamin b-12. Unlike dairy milk, they don’t come with estrogen.

You’re partially correct. Yes the amino acid profile varies but All plants are complete proteins. Yes meat is high in all 9 , but you can simply eat a combination of 2 plants to match that. And okay? There is still decent athletes that are vegan, the strongest man in Germany is vegan. 99% of the population is not vegan so good look with that

In a way veganism is the red pill, you see the truths behind it. But it’s a lot easier for people to rationalize their diets. We’ve all been conditioned since birth, and the majority don’t want to undo that conditioning.
