I lost virginity at age 16 and am 22 now. Spent 5 out of those 6 years in LTR's. I still feel uncomfortable when 'getting frisky' with people that aren't my ex. Generally I force myself to not give a fuck what the bitch thinks and just have fun cause that's what it's all about

If you are deep into the alcohol and drugs you will not be able to simply stop on your own. Death by drugs for those in their teens and twenties is now reaching the same level as death by AIDS in the eighties You are living in an epidemic of alcoholism and drug addiction that is a symptom of the collapse of western civilization. Continue to try include them on ur activities if the conversation comes up but don't push for it. Don't cut them off, but don't go out of ur way to spend time with them. It is always good to have people in your life who you can laugh with, no matter what they do. When you say you see no value, don't forget the psychological value

Awesome. Yes from my understanding it does and I have noticed a difference personally from when I started doing squats Also try just do 'manly' things in ur spare time eg chopping up wood, building something or make a damn in ur local river. I reckon those sorta things have helped increase mine

I have gotten cronically depressed on each attempt... could be withdrawal because I haven't lasted for longer than 2 weeks before. I have never heard of SAM-e, I shall research it. I have taken 5htp for partying but never for health, perhaps I should try and use an aid next time

I have been taking SSRIS for almost 4 years now and have been unsuccessful in getting off them. If you haven't started taking them do everything you can to avoid it, eg exercise, regular sunlight, healthy food and all the other typical things you can think of. Of course sometimes people do need SSRIs to get them thru. I would recommend setting a end date as a goal of when to stop taking them but don't be to worried if you don't manage to. Originally he lost his job so couldn't pay me. Now he has another job and just makes excuses every week. No idea of the real reason. I know he uses drugs a lot

Hmm interesting, I had been thinking I'd just look like an idiot if he beat me. Didn't consider taking pride from it. If u managed to wait it out possibly I could to? I find it to be a debilitating thought that can ruin my mood in less than 10 seconds
