Getting out of hand for sure. It used to be 10% was a good tip attended. Now the automatic percentage calculator starts at 18% at some places. 18%, 20% 25%. Pay a living wage. Like Australia, they pay well and people don't really tip. Hope many people collecting tips actuality claim it all on their taxes. I have to pay tax on every cent made, but how much evasion goes on in the tipping world

Does anybody have an answer to... Did the dude get his house back? Was she on house arrest in the house he signed to her? That would piss me off the nth degree. Somebody soliciting your murder and then living in your house while they waste the court's time on an appeal.

Try these 3 things and see it they help. 1. Don't go to parallel. Go to 45 degrees and see how that feels and work your way to parallel over many workout and stop at the angle before you start feeling pain. 2. Use a 2 by 4 under your heels. It reduces the patella femoral strain when squatting. 3. Do endurance stamina squats. Do 5 sets of 50 without weights. If you can't do that do 5 sets of 40 working up to 5 sets of 50 or 60 or 70. Etc.. . It helps build the knee stabilizers.

Vancouver is tough. External validation social media yoga loving self righteous Lululemon wearing princesses. If you fit into an unique category of interests, money, and intelligence you can pull a decent one out of the rough.

Forearm growth is dependent on the diameter of the bar used...the larger diameter of bar used the greater hypertrophy of the forearms. Using something called fat grips is the way to go. Use these while doing curls and such.

Just a note and maybe for editing purposes...it isn't bipolar personality disorder. Bipolar and borderline personality disorder are 2 different mental health issues. Also, narcissism has certain character traits that go further than the provided description of trp followers.

A regular diameter bar doesn't work the forearms to build size. You need to increase the diameter of the bar when doing a lower weighted curl or bent over row. Something called fat grips.

Delayed onset of muscle soreness DOMS is prevented by consuming balanced food including protein, carbs and some fat within the shortest amount of time of exercise. DOMS related to rest and growth of a muscle...when eating as soon as you workout the blood flow is maximum and nutrients go to the intended target cell. With this you can go as little as 48hrs rest for a muscle groups, but is even better if you go just a bit longer with rest. That is why a 4 of 6 routine is you're helpful for an inter…

Protein is toxic at those levels, byproduct of breakdown is urea. Focus less on protein and more on a balanced meal within the shortest amount of time possible after working out. Glycogen recovery is the most important factor for protein sparing. A sandwich is best and the sooner after your workout the exponentially better for recovery. Then eat a meal within a reasonable time. Stay hydrated. Day 1 legs abs day 2 chest and Tris day 3 rest day 4 back abs day 5 rest day 6 shoulder and bis. Rest af…

Look up avoidant attachment. And if it fits your description then 2 things. 1. Look up how to fix avoidant attachment. 2. Look up how avoidant attachment gets along with anxious attachment.
