You need to increase your time meditating. I've reached what op describes and maybe even more in a few weeks of daily 1-3h meditation. It was hard in the beginning but at the end of 2-3 mounths I felt like I could never go back. However I drastically reduced my meditations because one because way to sensitive for the city life and it alienates you extremely from other people.

A few mounths ago i developed my meditation routine so much that i was basically meditating 1h evry weekday and up to 4-5h on the weekend.
