I’ll never get why y’all think Brie Larson is a bad actress. Like I’d get if you called her a bad person or smth, but have you seen her in Room?

Yeah, well then. I go with friends whenever I save up a bit and there’s something good out, so every one pays for themselves

Nahhh, that’s misogyny to be homest. Even though brie larson said some fucked up shit about men which is actually a reason for backlash, but no one talks about that for some reason

“Acting skills of a block of wood” ok lmao, it’s obvious that’s just some circlejerk you picked up. I don’t care what kind of person she is, what kind of ultra super dupee feminazi as you all say, she might be eating babies for all i care, she can act. Watch Room, for example.

Hollywood is hypercapitalist you moron. Some washed up pedos and bimbos going “uhhh walls and orange man bad” doesn’t make them any less corporate, market sellouts.

Imma be real here - I wouldn’t say they’re wrong. Look at the gigantic “Brie Larson don’t smile on poster grrr” “Brie Larson ass flat grrr” “Brie Larson is woman, forced diversity grrr” circlejerk. I’m willing to bet a good portion of potential watchers (let’s face it, many are neckbeards/impressionable teenagers) won’t watch the movie for those reasons

On top of that, I’m quite certain literally every man and woman has been groped/harassed/whatevered at some point in their life and usually just laughed it off. The difference is, since men are far less likely to get raped, the experience didn’t appear threatening and they quickly forgot it and don’t wear it as a badge of bravery now.

As a socialist, you’re very wrong. In my experience, the spoiled, special rights demanding people are always upper-class liberals who will gladly turn a blind eye on all discrimination if it’s against the icky poor people in far away countries. There’s no “communist agenda”. It’s just neolibs being neolibs.

Some of these are a bit weird, like the 85% of adolescents in prison are from fatherless homes -> 15x times the average. The average what? Maybe 15x the average percentage of the average demographic? Can’t disagree with the message in any way though

Show me where I shame, where I project and where I strawman. I am the one who believes women aren’t some kind of vile creatures but normal humans whom one should help if they require it, and that’s my entire argument
/r/MGTOW14/09/18 04:02 PM
2

No one did. That’s the point. I’m on this sub because I too am weary of the trends in society protecting women too much and because I have become disinterested in serious relationships for at least a long time for good reasons. But I still have female friends. Almost as many as male friends. Dozens of women who I respect and who I know respect me and are good people. I’m not deluded enough to believe any of them would accuse me of rape for no reason or anything like that. You’re the one who’s be…

When does this happen except in overblown anecdotes? No one did lad, I’m not the one paranoid about half of humanity
/r/MGTOW13/09/18 11:12 PM

Then they were either twats or didn’t know how to help. If that happened to me and I later saw them need help with whatever, I wouldn’t bother. But I’d help you and them if I noticed you. I don’t know why one wouldn’t help a woman of whose character one is unaware. I’ve met many very helpful women in my life, even to absolute strangers. And creeps aren’t a label put on every less attractive guy, in my experience. I can imagine that being the case, though
/r/MGTOW13/09/18 10:39 PM

I’m not shaming you into anything lad. You don’t have an obligation to help anyone, you don’t. But it’s nice to do so. It’s just a good gesture.
/r/MGTOW13/09/18 08:58 PM

No one, that’s the point. The “fucking” is not in anger, it’s just as an exclamation. How removed from reality do you have to be really think and act like that?
/r/MGTOW13/09/18 08:42 PM
-11

I help whoever I can. Even strangers, unless they do pose real danger. Quid pro quo is egoistical and, as I see it, not moral. Also, who is the snowflake? Me, because I believe helping someone incompetent is a good thing to do or the guy who believes you shouldn’t help someone out because they’re a woman and will accuse him in particular of sexual assault?

So you can say women should be afraid of men and change the side of the street because there are cases of men assaulting or raping women in these situations The actions of a few cunts are not what to expect from their entire demographic

Whew lad you might not realise it but even in the way you write it’s very obvious you’re from another era of internet. Neoliberals are so easy to make fun of, and OP failed. Also my memes are high quality

That’s absolutely understandable, but to a meme connoisseur it is really bad. Which is sad, because neoliberals are so easy to make fun of

Low quality, visually very unappealing Very old format Very old joke Unoriginal The person in the picture did not say that and the quote is also misrepresented. No one actually says that and means genderfluids or whatever the fuck the tumblr landwhales come up with this week, it’s a strawman against 1. Transgenders and 2. The fact that there are scientifically 67 possible sexes for a human It’s just all around bad and unfunny Sorry to disappoint you but this meme is honestly absolute trash

/r/MensRights12/08/18 06:54 AM

Depression leads to death more easily than viruses if we’re gonna do semantics
/r/MensRights11/08/18 03:33 PM
2

Never going outside also equals depression, lack of human contact, inability to get a job, etc.
/r/MensRights10/08/18 08:13 AM
1

Ill try to edit it to be more clear then
/r/MensRights08/08/18 07:48 PM

It does, it’s just poorly worded. If your argument is “x person followed your view that one should not avoid women at all cost and was falsely accused of rape”, then you can extrapolate that onto anything, e.g.: “x person followed your view that one should go outside every once in a while and was hit by a car” These can be compared because both of them are rather hard to avoid things that you’ll have to eventually do.
/r/MensRights08/08/18 05:05 PM
1

But that is not some kind of main or central point. The potential damage to the person harming you doesn’t matter, the potential damage to you does. It would be the main point if we were discussing the laws and societal guidelines protecting those who falsely accuse of rape. If a woman hates you and is evil enough to accuse you of rape, she will do so regardless of how much contact you’ve had with her. And yes, people who you don’t interact with can hate you to that point. So the defense that ac…
/r/MensRights08/08/18 12:28 PM

Very nicely said. But consider the following: I assume that we can leave out the part of the metaphor that they do not have to suffer repercussions, because, while it is true, we can broaden the idea and only concentrate on the threat to you. Anyone with potential to harm you has that gun. Any drunk dude at a bar ready to smack out your teeth, any paranoid woman on the street afraid you’re rapist spraying a ton pepper spray in your eyes and damaging them permanently, the weird kid obsessed with …
/r/MensRights08/08/18 09:02 AM

I’m sorry, but thats a bad argument. Didnt x person follow your guideline of exiting the house to get some fresh air and get rolled over by a car?
/r/MensRights08/08/18 08:45 AM
1

True, that last sentence is a good argument. However, that doesn’t change my quintessential point: telling someone to stay away from all women because they might accuse you of rape is trash advice
/r/MensRights07/08/18 08:00 PM
1

Boi its a joke what do y’all have with that part is an entire sentence of clarification not enough? Do you need crayons or something?
/r/MensRights07/08/18 07:57 PM
1

Do those numbers not, instead, show us the percentage of both claims ending in conviction? Which would have nothing to do with the total numbers?
/r/MensRights07/08/18 01:05 PM
2

But that’s not even a part of my argument, I wholeheartedly agree with what you said there and it should change. False rape accusations are the worst kind of character assassination and should be punished both by law and by society, severely. But this is completely unrelated to my argument which simply states that avoiding women at all cost is bad advice.
/r/MensRights07/08/18 11:44 AM
1

You actually got me with the common assumption, that’s a good point. Or crosses your path on Waterloo Station, or wants attention, or wants to get out of a ticket for being drunk on campus or.... Or or or... all these things could also be extrapolated on being raped. Either way, it would be a horrible thing done to you by a horrible person. But as someone who interacts and socialises with women almost as much as with men, I honestly believe avoiding all women is absolutely trash advice.
/r/MensRights07/08/18 11:42 AM

Which doesn’t address the total number of either happening. Or am I retarded right now and misinterpreting what you said?
/r/MensRights07/08/18 11:35 AM

Jesus Christ did you not read that clarification sentence? That it is a joke? You are the pure definition of a sophist, pointing out fallacies where there are none. Anecdotal evidence? Unrelated kind of risk assessment? Dont be like that. You know it says “dont take this as an argument its a joke. On a more serious note...”. And it is not an ad hominem. I do not insult you. Are you also that insecure to presume what I said makes me a white knight? I am simply questioning how someone can see the …

Me neither. And I cant bring myself to believe that somehow, American women are for some reason so much more likely to be vile false accusers. Avoiding women is trash advice
/r/MensRights07/08/18 11:23 AM
2

“Basic risk assessment” I’ve got four people in my family working credit risk assessment so you’d think it runs in my genes to assess risk pretty well and I think your risk assessment is pretty ass. (Dont hold this comment against me as an argument this is simply a joke) On a more seeious note, it’s not. How much contact with women do you have?
/r/MensRights07/08/18 10:13 AM
1

It is good discussion. And the estimates backed with trustworthy articles range from 2-51 percent. Lets, for the sake of the argument, assume 70 percent of accusations are flat-out lies. Is it rational to want to minimize the risks? Absolutely. Be wary of certain people, get yourself an alibi for certain situations? Sure. Avoid women at all cost because they just might accuse you of rape? Not really. It is also not rational for women to avoid contact with all men, presuming they might be rapists…

You are so angered by my comment, look at your insults. Obviously its life destroying. It is horrible, and only a horrible person would do it upon another. It’s life destroying at any point in life, really, from middle school till you’re dead. And I understand wanting to minimize the risk, but I simply don’t believe staying away from about a half of the world’s population is going to do OP any good. While others may have the time of their life with the people they meet, what is he to do? Flat ou…

I assume we can agree that real rapes (m on f) are more common than false accusations (f on m) . And of women who say all men are rapists and that being around them is a huge risk I think the same as of you. Paranoid. I’ve been around women my whole life, was social, gave out hugs, touched shoulders and the like. Never been accused of anything. Women aren’t just all monsters. The only time you’ll be falsely accused is if that woman a. Hates you and is a cunt or b. Regrets sex and is a cunt
