Anything that’ll last 2-3 days. That goes for meat. Chicken, fish, beef. And then get some microwaveable rice and veggies to go with it. But, I just made shepherds pie tonight. Good comfort food that should get me a couple days

Haha. I’ve always been in shape. Was a wrestler for years, mountain bike, and ride motocross now. In shape til 2 years ago when she dropped the “I want a divorce” bomb on me. I let myself go then. It’s taken some time, but I think there’s some muscle memory working to my advantage. Although…harder to do at 40, I’ve just got to watch my diet more and take glucosamine for my joints now.

Lift weights. Day1 push, day2 pull, off, day4legs,off,off,day 1.5 push with different exercises, day2.5 pull with different excercises,off, legs…..repeat. And eat chicken/salmon ,broccoli or spinach and either rice or sweet potatoes. Protein shake 2x daily and 5mg creatine daily. Sprinkle in some beer when needed along with some much needed rage music and reading of my Bible. Voila….you’re ripped

She’s asking for a bit of money but we both make about the same. So I think I’m just gonna pay it and say Eff it to be done. I’ll be back to where I am financially within a year or two. I could hire a lawyer and take my chances with the court but I’m sure I’ll still owe a bit. And then I’ll have lawyer/court costs. It’s worth it I think to just pay a lump sum and be done. I live in the great blue state of Illinois…not for long. So I’m just gonna eat it and move on. Sucks, but it is what it is
