There are no nutcases on the internet, nobody ever got stalked, harrased, Identity stolen, family members abused, death threats, employers threatened here.

I don't think there is any kind of proof you could supply, and I really doubt you have anything other than the best of intentions. Maybe I'm being paranoid, in fact I know I am. It's just that I take my internet security quite seriously.

Take the story, reverse the genders, and ask your sex-ed teacher the same question again.

Hey it sounds like maybe you should talk with your Dad and mention your concerns. The main thing is that you are aware of the dynamics at work here, and be careful not to repeat them in your own relationships

I'm sorry the women in this sub are intelligent adults, you'll stand a better chance of impressing a moron, by keeping your white-knightery in SRS.

What makes PZ Meyers an expert in the area of feminist research? AFAIC, he's just another person with an opinion.

Well it sounds like they've already made up their minds and so I doubt any facts you present are going to make a difference. What they are doing, is trying to find any reason to justify their twisted sense of aesthetics. Maybe you can find a video of the procedure, and make them watch it? I know I couldn't. Do you know a sympathetic medical professional who would be willing to talk with them and help back you up? This is your cousin, so really your options are limited. I'm not sure what else you…

Can someone point me in the direction of an article that shows that foreskin does not cause ovarian cancer? Do they envision this child becoming sexually active before he's old enough to make his own decision regarding getting circumcised? If not, their argument is moot. The main contributing factor in ovarian cancer is the presence of the human papilloma virus which is a sexually transmitted disease. This is not a problem of foreskins, this is a problem of not vaccinating your children, lack of…

I'm wondering if anyone thought to consider that the entire male endocrine system has evolved to cope with higher testosterone levels. Men produce testosterone antagonist hormones which target testosterone production directly, the same antagonist hormones in women, only target estrogen production. I'm not how you can reach any valid conclusions regarding behavioral differences, by simply increasing testosterone levels in women.

Don't buddy me bozo, I've been at /r/mensrights for 3 years now, I've lost my account because of SRS, and you're talking about organising a personal army over at the hate machine. Goddamn fucking morons causing more harm than good. Qanan wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire.

I don't think it would be hilarious. Do you think the media are really going to approach this in any kind of impartial or thoughtful independant manner? In my experience they will leap, en masse, onto anything that smells like controversy, they are interested in viewers, not truth. Here's the headline. "Largest online community dedicated to the supression of women rights"! or "Women haters EXPOSED"! hell we've already seen this in the last week. The truth doesn't matter here, it's about playing …

Here is what they have been doing. SA-SRS, have a core group of people constantly scouring this sub in order to compile a list of any comment they find that can be construed as offensive/misogynistic, they have been doing this for many months. These cherry picked comments have been compiled out of context, into a media release which they will then spam to any media outlet they can. These are not entirely rational people, they are angry fundamentalist pedagogues, they cannot be reasoned with. Thi…

The point being, if they are listing a group that has an anti gay agenda, fine by me.

AFAIC anyone advocating for unequal rights for anyone else on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, race, age or disability. Is a hate group. If MRA's start aligning along an anti-women or anti-gay agenda, then they've become feminists, and I'm outta here.

I was quite stunned yesterday. I have long hair and a beard, and a pregnant lady stopped me and asked for directions, that never happens to me. I was quite gobsmacked. I have had people look at me like an axe murderer when I've offered them rides in storms before, I don't bother any longer.

Well I guess that opens the opportunity for someone to submit their own investigation into misandry on the net and submit it along with their own words quoted. The reponse to that, is the one I'd like to see.
/r/MensRights17/03/12 05:46 AM

And we think we did so in a balanced way. ... Should we launch an investigation of organized Misandry some day Sounds very Fox Newsish to me. Maybe we need to express our concerns in a more "Literary" manner?

You realise that your comment is being used an a prime example of /r/mensrights organising an internet justice lynch mob? And the people pointing to your comment are exactly right. After the shit that Qanan has just been though, and the scrutiny this place is under at the moment you should get a fucking clue, you clown.

It doesn't really look like sexual assault Except, that's not what is happening, hell we even have people in /r/mensrights justifying her actions. It looks exactly like sexual assault.

Maybe you would have been emotionally mature enough to deal with it? Who knows? But the reason we have age of consent laws, is that there are some 15 years who could get pretty fucked up by this.
