1	What does it mean to be a wife? I would say division of roles, since he works outside you do the housework, taking care of the kids, having a healthy sexual life. Those are the basics i can think of. But to go further you could prioritize him above others (prioritizing your partner shows a better result for the whole family) and being kind and compromising when needed, being flirty, being ready reconciliation after an argument. 1	I want to be a housewife. I'm almost desperate to find a close woman with such mentality. almost all people my age have demonized the concept of "housewife" and every time i mention that such a wife is what i want they see me as a backward uncivilised man who "wants to marry a slave not a human", even my ex told me "I'm not cooking, cleaning, taking care of children or staying home.
