Thanks for sharing. What’s your point of view on degenerate behavior? Enlighten them? Let them suffer?

Good advice. I’m aware of this stuff too, need to start applying. Have you read “Why sleep matters”?

You’re right that sleep is up there. Hard call to make which one is better, you’d die without either one. Any tips on getting a good nights sleep? I feel I can improve in this area.

If you’re not eating healthy, your mental faculties aren’t operating at their maximum capacity and it’s therefore harder to discipline yourself to things such as cleaning your room.

This is good advice. Eating right should be your number one priority. It has a domino effect into every facet of your life.

I’ve seen great gains with pull-ups, dips, and pushups over the past few months. I use gymnastic o-rings instead of a bar (activates stabilizer muscles) and I use a weight vest as well.

I’m a male. I agree with you - I’m simply looking for concrete research to back up my belief.

I’m interested in reading up on Pareto. Is there a book of his you can recommend me to start with? He’s written a few. Many thanks in advance.

Thank you for your reply. Are there further readings on this topic that I can research? Maybe a specific book?

Are there any goals you believe should be on every man’s list? (Apart from lifting) I usually dedicate my time to learning to cook, reading, learning languages, yoga, gym, traveling, and making money. I feel like I could be doing more. I’m in my mid twenties. Any insight would be much appreciated. Cheers.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
