I guess I find it hard to relate to love at first sight. I've been with my gf for 20 years now. I feel like I love her more every year. In the first two weeks of knowing her, she was like other girlfriends I had before, in terms of early romantic feelings. The love grows the deeper you get into the relationship imo I agree with attraction at first sight though, absolutely.

Today, I was out thrifting and saw this really cute guy. I went down one aisle and he was there, went down the next and he went on the down the same aisle. I got a little nervous cause thought “oh maybe he is actually into me” I feel for her, but it seems unlikely that somebody shopping in the same aisle is an indicator that they're "into you" At least she has confidence I guess. It was like 8 hours or so? It's quite fast paced because it's always moving forward. You never get stuck or anything. There's lots of different outcomes if you replay it and make different choices. I don't plan to play it again though.

As I watch videos on YouTube, I'm always a bit put off by the fast cuts and edits that some videos do when people are monologuing. They edit out any kind of thinking time, or "Umm"s or "Ahh"s. Yeah, agreed. Lots of men (me included, obviously) get scared, are always trying to be aware of our surroundings. This particular topic is a major pet peeve of mine, because I've seen people suggest that men can walk the streets at night without fear. Lots of men are scared. I'm more on your side of thinking, but I think it's still a minority of people that are incredibly promiscuous. I have no data to back that up (I haven't looked it up), but it's just the sense I get. The paternity test is checking if somebody isn't who you think they are. They've wronged you in a way that you couldn't understand. I've not seen the show, but in general, your quarrel should be with two camps: People who say "Women need to choose better at the very start." Increased the amount of touching I normally do, since that's both of our "love language". Also made much of it more sexual. I do this too, but I've noticed some disadvtanges in the work place haha. It's like pro athletes who take steroids. It means that if you don't take steroids, you're at a major disadvantage. I can't speak for other people, but I often see women and men using language in a hivemind sort of way. You'll often see some people say, "We (my gender) don't think like that/do that/ care about that." Implying a sort of hivemind. Or you will see people questioning posters of their own gender saying, "Are you really a woman/man?" because they have a take defending the other gender. Again, implying a kind of hivemind mentality.

Yeah, I agree. I've never seen catcalling as proof that the person is attracted to you. My experience with catcalling is that it typically happened in groups, almost like they were trying to impress their friends. If a lone person catcalled me in some secluded area, I'd be concerned because then I know their focus is on me.

Yeah, of course. I think the reality for many of us is that both partners work. My relationship is no different. I was just responding to the idea that a poll would show more men want to be a stay at home husband vs women that want to be with one. That's a good pont. But let's take gender out of it then, since we both agree that it's good for men and women to have one. If your partner (man or woman) had a go bag, would you feel insulted and tell them you are going to leave? And similarly, if your partner found out you had a go bag, you would totally understand that they are insulted by you having one?
