I don't think the campus police blotter is relevant: "The purpose of the Daily Crime and Fire Log is to record criminal incidents that are reported to Campus Safety." Since this is a purely administrative policy; and specifically says it's not related to criminal proceedings, even were there dozen of reports made from on-campus IPs, they wouldn't show up in the blotter. Only complaints made directly to the campus police will.

This is not true. It's not even true in all proceedings related to a criminal action. Grand Jury hearings can exclude the attorneys, or allow them in only to observe; i.e. if they speak they can be expelled, or held in contempt. A private party has the right to exclude anyone. I do know them. You make assumptions. I argue against jury nullification, full stop. He argues for conspiracy. Overwhelming evidence of guilt is just that, overwhelming, but we need to ignore it. He didn't say, "defend yourself", he said, "attack women, and make them clean it up, so they know their place". As to enchiladas... that makes it better? What? He said that, were he on a jury, and he was convinced the accused was guilty, he'd vote to acquit. He encouraged others to do the same. That's not, "we don't know", that's, "I don't care". I think this is bad for the MRM. Why do you think it's not?

It wasn't about their reputation. It was about protecting hers. Their reputation isn't actually at risk. The site about admissions is laughably bad, and having Stormfront, and /r/mr, and AVfM frothing about something a quick look at enrollment records disproves isn't going to hurt them. Patently false claims don't deserve to be given credibility by amplifying them.

Yes, but that's not relevant to the idea that "Lawyer is relevant because academia is flooded with progressivism(sp?) and for such a degree you in that environment for a longer period of time. This also gives you more time to take various electives as well.". One's chance to take electives is not increased because of being in law school.

Law school isn't the same as, "college". It's a trade school. With the exception of 3L when one can take a couple of courses on planned specialisations, there are no, "electives".
