Feminists at Occidental College created an online form to anonymously report rape/sexual assault. You just fill out a form and the person is called into the office on a rape charge. The "victim" never has to prove anything or reveal their identity.http://laist.com/2013/12/18/mens_rights_group_submits_phony_rap.php | /r/MensRights | 19/12/13 01:53 PM
With regards to Occidental College's "rape report form"I don't think the campus police blotter is relevant: "The purpose of the Daily Crime and Fire Log is to record criminal incidents that are reported to Campus Safety." Since this is a purely administrative policy; and specifically says it's not related to criminal proceedings, even were there dozen of reports made from on-campus IPs, they wouldn't show up in the blotter. Only complaints made directly to the campus police will. | /r/MensRights | 18/12/13 06:17 PM

Grand Jury hearings can exclude the attorneys, or allow them in only to observe; i.e. if they speak they can be expelled, or held in contempt. A private party has the right to exclude anyone. That refusal to participate in the process, as defined, may lead to adverse affect is non-material. In the case of a college/university the rules for such hearings are public, generally in place at the time of admission; o… | /r/MensRights | 18/12/13 04:37 PM |
TheWoolybumblebee apparently leaves AVfM due to "concerns direction the site has taken that is not benefiting the MRM". Makes claims of "ideology that is creeping in" by being cryptic and giving zero details. Comment "Rebecca Watson of the MRM" nails it.I do know them. You make assumptions. I argue against jury nullification, full stop. He argues for conspiracy. Overwhelming evidence of guilt is just that, overwhelming, but we need to ignore it. He didn't say, "defend yourself", he said, "attack women, and make them clean it up, so they know their place". As to enchiladas... that makes it better? It somehow changes what he said about his motives? You are in the cult of Elam, and it's blinding you to his flaws. It's bad for mens rights. | /r/MensRights | 04/06/13 01:26 PM

He said that, were he on a jury, and he was convinced the accused was guilty, he'd vote to acquit. He encouraged others to do the same. That's not, "we don't know", that's, "I don't care". I think this is bad for the MRM. Why do you think it's not? | /r/MensRights | 03/06/13 11:37 PM |

Does he post the Ball Manifesto under activism? Yes. Did he say more women need to be beaten, until bloody? Yes. Does he say he gets off on fucking feminist shit up? Yes. What was false in the statements? Elam begs for money, and what does the MRM have to show for it? People mocking them. | /r/MensRights | 03/06/13 08:42 PM |
So, AVFM did issue a retraction regarding Georgetown U...It wasn't about their reputation. It was about protecting hers. Their reputation isn't actually at risk. The site about admissions is laughably bad, and having Stormfront, and /r/mr, and AVfM frothing about something a quick look at enrollment records disproves isn't going to hurt them. Patently false claims don't deserve to be given credibility by amplifying them. | /r/MensRights | 23/04/13 07:06 PM
So, AVFM did issue a retraction regarding Georgetown U...Yer right, it's terribly suspicious that GU might think about the reputation of one of their alums; and themselves. Has anyone looked to see if there has been a change in males accepted to GU last year? That would be real investigation. | /r/MensRights | 23/04/13 05:36 PM

UPDATE: My girlfriend tried to steal a used condom and impregnate herself and I was arrestedYes, but that's not relevant to the idea that "Lawyer is relevant because academia is flooded with progressivism(sp?) and for such a degree you in that environment for a longer period of time. This also gives you more time to take various electives as well.". One's chance to take electives is not increased because of being in law school. | /r/MensRights | 12/04/12 01:48 AM
Guess who admits to being a Troll? Guy who claimed girlfriend tried to steal his sperm: linked to account not blog or their post.Abdominal bruising is not, "doing no serious harm" Enough trauma to cause significant bruising on the abdomen would be a time that you really need to be seen by a physician pretty fast. That's from a physician who practices sports medicine. http://www.livestrong.com/video/1972-treat-abdomen-injuries/ Having been a Combat Lifesaver (not a medic, but extensively trained in first aid relating to batttlefield/training accident trauma), anyone who presented with a bruised abdomen was a priorit… | /r/MensRights | 06/04/12 06:52 PM

UPDATE: My girlfriend tried to steal a used condom and impregnate herself and I was arrestedLaw school isn't the same as, "college". It's a trade school. With the exception of 3L when one can take a couple of courses on planned specialisations, there are no, "electives". But this story sounds a bit flaky. It's contrived. If she was really planning to "steal his sperm", why didn't she just do it? Why take the condom from the bathroom, instead of just using it there? It's not as if sperm is viable all that long outside the body. Twenty minutes is about the max. So the best course of acti… | /r/MensRights | 05/04/12 02:42 PM
r/MensRights is not the whole of the MRMAll true, but the biggest problems the MRM has is the combination of, 'No true Scotsman" denialism, combined with a tendency to say, "they are on the right side, so we can't criticize them. Feminists, no matter what other problems they have, do do that. If a rad-fem says something a third-waver doesn't like, they tell them about it. Lots of feminists said Dworkin was a nut. But look at r/mensrights... even saying there is some reason the SPLC decided the MRM is misogynistic (they didn't call the… | /r/MensRights | 16/03/12 04:35 PM

r/MensRights is not the whole of the MRMSo you you think the Klan and the Aryan Nations are groups to emulate, the sort of company that legitimizes men's rights issues? | /r/MensRights | 16/03/12 04:28 PM
Girls rule the worldRight... I can see why you'd want someone who was pointing out the falseness of your premise not mention it. Good luck with that. | /r/MensRights | 10/03/12 04:53 AM
Girls rule the worldYou realise you have the cause and effect backwards? That the age of voting wasn't lowered to make it possible to draft younger men? That 18 year old men were already being drafted? | /r/MensRights | 09/03/12 08:03 AM
Girls rule the worldNo, the voting age was lowered because we were being drafted, when we couldn't vote. History, you could learn from it. | /r/MensRights | 09/03/12 06:10 AM
Rebecca Watson Attempts to Explain the MRMNo, you're vested in pretending men are being oppressed. | /r/MensRights | 08/03/12 03:56 PM
