At best this should be referred to the dean or a school social worker. It is likely a two day suspension, bringing in the parents and an apology to the victim could prevent future problems. You stated you can't ignore it when one child grabs another's butt. I can agree with that, but to throw a child in prison, get them labeled as a sex offender and felon. 3	The endless trial - BBC produces "documentary" covering the trial of politician falsely accused of sexual assault - edits out all the parts of the trial which showed the accusers to be lying, thus implies the accused is guilty despite being unanimously cleared on every single count It just seems that there's always got to be a type of criminal activity that the masses go ape $h!t over and all due process goes out the window.
