Yes. Just because they tell men to be more emotional and talk about their feelings it doesn't mean they actually care about men's feelings.

Not true. If more were hot with money women's standards of what constitutes hotness would increase and money would decrease in value.

I'm not talking about physical nurturing, but emotional nurturing. Feminists are the ones who always tell men they should be free to be emotional and talk about their feelings, etc. More traditional women are likely to want gender roles where the man is the man and doesn't talk about his feelings to them.

Biggest problem with men is that there's too many of us. Biggest problem with women is there aren't enough young and hot ones.

An inherent sense of fairness and justice that is bestowed on us by genes, not god. I don't know where you got this idea from. Dawkins even wrote a book called 'The Selfish Gene'.

When he said he didn't bring the wine, most people at that point would ask him why rather than assuming it's because he's a dick. He most probably just forgot.

This sounds like fiction, possibly based-on-a-true-story fiction, but it probably didn't go down the way you're making out (how she made out) how it went down - and this is the problem with second hand information. Perhaps you could link the podcast and point us to the part where she says this so we could get a better understanding.

The problem that arises here is that men many times seem to think that sex is attention as well. It is not. While women seem to think that attention equivalents sex. It does not. I disagree with this. I think most men understand that if they're getting free sex they're winning, and if women are getting free attention they're winning.

Leave him. Start dating other people. If he really misses you he might come and find you and offer better terms (highly unlikely). If he doesn't, at least you'll have your answer, you can move on and you might find someone who will treat you better.

Maybe the fact that these women are feminists has something to do with it. Being feminists they likely attract the kind of men who are less masculine and are looking for a mother figure to nurture them. Obviously, in reality, feminists are generally the kind of women who care least about men's problems and will be even more repulsed by you claiming to have any since male privilege.

Sure, but I don't see how that contradicts what I'm saying. She is valuing herself more. She most likely thought she needed to provide sex to be worthy rather than thinking she is already worthy. In a way, she would've viewed the man she was trying to impress/appease with sex as her superior, and now that she values herself higher, she sees future men as her equal, not her better. If that makes sense. I'm not saying she views her current SO as less attractive than her former, but that in the mom…

Agreed. This reminds me of Ladder Theory but in a slightly different way. A woman probably has three ladder, not two. She has the no-sexual ladder (which most men are on) and the two sexual ladders, one for men who she would have sex with but not a relationship, the other for men who she would have sex and a relationship with. For men, it's more like we have a sex ladder (which probably has a good proportion of women on it) and we have a non-sexual ladder. Any woman on the sex ladder is potentia…

I don't even know where to begin with this but I'll quote 1984: He disliked nearly all women, and especially the young and pretty ones. It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers-out of unorthodoxy. I think Orwell was a genius and he was spot on with this assessment. I really despise this kind of herd mentality that women (and a lot of men) have and the blatant hypocrisy they sho…

He values himself more than he used to, which in a way means he values her less. You could say the same about the women who give more sexually to men then withhold for later men.

And hey - let's turn it around. Would you let her fuck you with a strap-on if it really mattered to her? This comparison only works if he's allowed other girls to peg him, but won't let her.

Just to clarify: My partner would never ask me for a pre-nuptial agreement, if they did they would no longer be my partner. /s Are you saying you would dump your partner if they wanted a pre-nup? Because then you say: I see no issues with it, I would actually probably have to ask my future husband(if I do get married) to sign one.

I don't really enjoy dating more than one person though You know, there is a solution to this problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/18 01:48 PM

If someone I was dating made it clear that they wanted a relationship, I would stop dating other people. This is really the key though, isn't it. There's no set rules these days so everything is ambiguous until you have the talk. If people don't define and agree to what kind of relationship they want then they can't really blame the other person for not conforming to their expectations.

You could say the exact same thing about simultaneously dating multiple people while not having sex with them. You could also say: A date is just a date. Sex is just sex, etc. Mixing and matching from both though is inconsistent and makes you look like someone whose ethics are based solely on the principle of 'whatever is in my best interest is morally acceptable, and whatever goes against my best interest is morally unacceptable'. For example, a man and woman are dating, but haven't had sex yet…

I actually did a post a couple of years ago about this. Here's an excerpt: I'm going to use Schrodinger's Rapist as an example of how women do this to men. Schrodinger's rapist is basically the idea that any man that approaches a woman is potentially a rapist. Most men, when they hear that (myself included) find it offensive, the insinuation that they might be a rapist. But the reality is, from the woman's perspective, she's safer assuming the worst even if it hurts a man's feelz, because if she…

I don't think there is such a thing, but if there was I would say: Group think - or being encouraged to side with the group even when you know, or strongly suspect that the group is in the wrong. How do you square this part ... Words have power, and terminology about masculinity can be dangerous. Overtime, hearing phrases like "be a man" or "real men don't cry" sinks into the subconscious. ... With feminist terms like 'mansplaining', 'manspreading', and 'I bathe in male tears'?

When I think of wildly successful women - they seem to date younger less established men regularly. Mariah, Jlo, Madonna, Demi Moore. Compare this comment with one you made earlier: That sounds like progress - dating a man In their league physically isn’t hypergamy. I've got news for you. Barren old women are not in the same league physically as hot young studs. Yeah, going to the game is a lot different than being an armchair fan. I reckon most of TRP are armchair fans who watch from the comfort of their own home. I'm in England and we have a history of our football (soccer) fans being violent thugs. It's been stamped out mostly now, but a lot of these guys were hard as nails and used to organise gang fights every Saturday.

If attractiveness works on a bell curve then the majority of people will be in the 4-6 category, so technically they should have the most options if they're realistic about their own attractiveness. That's a big if though.

Legally, yes. As in, the marriage contract is very much a one-sided affair nowadays. Aside from that men don't really have any obligations at all. That's why so many are dropping out. We're not obliged to do anything, and there's not much reward for doing it anyway, so why bother.

The r/relationships commenters seemed to be confused and think that you wanted a stay at home wife, rather than a stay at home mother (it might be due to how you worded it). They were a lot more reasonable on the r/dating_advice sub. SAHM's are taking a risk but it's no more so than what men are doing by getting married and risking divorce-rape. Right... Because that's totally what we are talking about here. You're the one who brought morals into it. How is that related to loyalty within a relationship at all? Loyalty is all about sacrifice. To be loyal to one person, you have to sacrifice your freedom to be with another. There's more pressure on men to sacrifice for women than vice-versa.

You're saying men are not like women in that they have ideals. Not all men. It's a masculine ideal. The OP is a woman and seems to share the same ideal. Not all men are masculine. Not all women are feminine. We all have a mixture of masculine and feminine, etc. These ideals keep men from doing amoral things. I didn't even mention morality. Keeping your word, as you describe in the OP, is a masculine ideal. It's something that men pride themselves on and are shamed for (and often punished in other ways such as tarnished reputation, and/or ostracism) if they break. Women don't seem to have any sort of ideals, they have prerogatives. eg. 'It's a woman's prerogative to ...' (type that into Google, or any other search engine, and see what you get). The first one is basically saying that she doesn't need you but she wants you. She has a genuine desire for you. You're her lover, not her father. This is what most men would want, I reckon. Not really. The resentment is about being charged extra for the same (or lower quality) product. It's that feeling of injustice and unfairness that you were expected to work harder for the same reward. Honestly, most men are pretty romantic at heart. We'd love to find a beautiful woman to marry and have a family with and all that crap. But at the same time we're pretty weak in terms of controlling our sexual appetite, so when a slutty girl is there and available we just can't help ourselves. It's a sad reality.

We're social creatures and designed to have relationships and procreate sexually. Sex and relationships DO validate us which is why we seek them. The above doesn't contradict the 'happiness comes from within' statement, since it's all a mind-set or chemicals released if you like. Women are extremely insecure and fear that they may be replaced by an inanimate object. You have to look at the issue with more compassion. We as men are far superior and they know it. They also know that the main reason we would want anything to do with any of them is for sex, and if we can get our sexual gratification met elsewhere then there would be no need for them at all. The idea that the environment influences gene expression, and that getting the 'best genes' is not necessarily a win if you're raising your children in a harsh environment. So, breeding with 'attractive' but degenerate men does not appear to be a superior strategy to br…

She did say this: I don't understand nor like the male desire to have meaningless sex with lots of women. And then later in the same thread: I don't know any women who seek out meaningless sex. And: Women are hoping it turns into a relationship. I don't personally agree with her, but she seems to think it's a gendered issue.

I don't associate sex with love, but then again I am pretty broken. I don't think most men associate sex with love though. We associate sex with lust. It mainly attacks the most common defense of legalization, human trafficking will be reduced. This isn't the argument. The argument is: Sex between consenting adults is legal. Exchanging money for goods or services is legal. Prostitution is a combination of consensual sex plus an exchange of money for a service. Hence, like the other two things when done seperately, prostitution should be legal.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/18 11:59 AM

The only people that are benefitted by the legalization are the people buying the services, So what? Your argument is weak and antithetical to freedom. Just because you personally derive no benefit from a thing doesn't mean it's wrong. Yes, I would support it, but you don't go anywhere near far enough. It's not a fallacy at all. TRP is reactionary. If men weren't getting a shitty deal TRP wouldn't even exist. Sure, but when you're married you usually refer to your wife as 'my wife', and if you have a girlfriend you say 'my girlfriend'. The ownership is implied in the language. That's why they would get the feeling that they own the person. It's possessive language. Masculinity is active, femininity is passive. Bitching on the internet is more active than 'sucking it up', aka, being passive. This is just another woman who wants to try and obfuscate the meaning of masculinity and try to make people (men) think that being passive rather than active is masculine. Simply put, she's wrong. That's not to say that bitching is constructive, but I think it does allow men to let off steam, so it's a healthy release of pent up aggression.

Typical PPD woman projecting her own pickiness and independent spirit onto all women. Plenty of women hate being alone, don't operate well in that setting and will pick a BB and stay with him just so they have someone. Money is a part of it, and yes there are plenty of women who are poor and whose lives would improve massively by having an extra income in the household. BB is becoming more difficult for men because most are not earning that much and at the bottom end amongst the working class, t…

They're looking for commitment from men they find sexually attractive. If you offer commitment up front they'll see you as a friend/orbiter, not boyfriend material. You have to be attractive enough for them to want you first. If you're not physically attractive, have money, status or charisma - ideally a combination of these things - and the women will be trying to sex you into a relationship. Advertise/emphasise, subtly, the qualities you have that women would want (commitment is not an inheren…

I'm not very patient, so no, I'm not interested. I just wondered why you don't have an idea of when you're likely to do it, unless you are a virgin. If the man can see some sort of progress, like he's getting to 2nd base then 3rd, etc. he might be willing to stick around for a while, but it will be difficult and frustrating as hell if you are constantly cock-blocking him. He'll probably let you know and give you an ultimatum, or just go cold on you if you leave it too long.

A woman's looks, sexual availability/enthusiasm, pleasant demeanour and personality matter far more to me and most men than what she got up to before I met her. The biggest obstacle to a relationship women have is when they get old, lose their looks, close themselves off sexually, and become less pleasant and more demanding.

It's up to each individual man to decide what constitutes a high or low value woman, as it's up to each individual woman to decide what constitutes a high or low value man. If a man decides that sluts are low value then to him sluts are low value. If a woman decides that short men are low value then to her they're low value. Men are not all out there intentionally growing tall so they can be high value, it's just natural for us to grow to a certain height. A less tall man isn't somehow sleeping …

A woman on the CC may be having uncommitted sex with strangers more attractive than she is, but at least she can still inspire real arousal, without paying for it. Meh. It's not difficult for a woman to inspire real arousal in a more attractive man. That's like me saying a 5ft 2inch man with a shotgun can inspire real fear in a 6ft 4inch man who is unarmed. Take away the shotgun (the real power for the 5ft 2inch man) and take away the sex (the real power for the woman) and see what happens. The …

/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/17 04:43 PM

Yeah, I think you're right. I was typing it in chronological order I guess, but the betrayal from his mother was the thing that was most horrifying. The lad was distraught and just wanted to get off the stage and she wouldn't let him go. She chose his weakest moment to do the 'be a man' thing. It's fucked up. I just hope the lad sees some sense and gets the fuck out of there.

No She might've just been doing it for show, but I think she was being incredibly selfish. Sounds like she wants to be a grandmother to the kids and the DNA results put that in jeopardy, so she's going to manipulate her son into being a sacrificial lamb so she can get what she wants. This is a prime example of male disposability, as well as other RP concepts; pussy pass, manipulation ('be a man' LOL). I feel sorry for the lad. Average is still the same, eg. 10 women and 10 men. All 10 women sleep with 1 man, while 9 men remain virgins. Average number of partners for the group is 1 for the men and 1 for the women. In order for a man to raise his count by 1 a woman must also raise her count by 1. Hence, in order for the male average to go up by 1 the female average must also go up by 1.

Taking it all out on yourself is something more commonly done by girls, partially I think because it's far more difficult for them to take it out on others, it requires some level of developed dominance and aggression to do so. Once they have children they are in a position of power and dominance. And there's plenty of mothers who abuse their children.

It's not necessarily supernatural though and you can observe it in action, get a sense of it and feel it, even if you can't actually see it. For example, we often refer to 'the spirit of the age' or say 'the game was played in a good spirit' and people understand what you're talking about, so it can be seen as more of an aesthetic but I think it's definitely real.

Are kindness and empathy really feminine traits? Yeah, they're mothering traits. Unfortunately, most women nowadays seem to think that kindness = weakness, so they're reluctant to show it, especially towards men. You've also got the 'men are privileged' narrative going on, so women tend to think men are doing fine and are undeserving of any sort of compassion - especially if you're straight and white. If you look at the caring professions though, it's mostly women who occupy the roles. I think a…

They're talking about the positive aspects of femininity, like kindness, caring and empathy. I also find them to be fascinating and inspiring as a muse. Obviously, none of that is rational though, and it's hard to articulate. The downside is that they drive you mad and give you no peace of mind, so there's …

If we took 2 men who worked the same hours, in the same department, with the same qualifications...you're saying that the one who happens to be wed would get the promotion over the single guy? Why is that? Essentially, the married man is seen as more stable. I stole it from this For Jung, logos represented the masculine principle of rationality, in contrast to its female counterpart, eros: Woman’s psychology is founded on the principle of Eros, the great binder and loosener, whereas from ancient times the ruling principle ascribed to man is Logos. The concept of Eros could be expressed in modern terms as psychic relatedness, and that of Logos as objective interest.

How is Peter the Great a 'natural' alpha? He was born into royalty. He was only 'alpha' because of societal conditioning that made other people perceive him as 'alpha' without him ever having to earn it. By your logic, even the most omega of omegas would be a 'natural' alpha if born into royalty, or the right family. Kim Jong Un, for example is a 'natural' alpha.

Mid 70s, I think, was the start of the punk era, and heavy metal came after which was much more masculine, angry and aggressive looking, but then you'd have the likes of David Bowie and Glam-Rock. Early 80s had the 'New Romantics' spell (I'm talking British music scene here) and a more feminine creative period, in contrast to the Thatcher/Reagen 'Greed is Good' era. 90s had Grunge, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkin…

That's not the reason why men are disposable and women aren't, it's just a symptom of it. I don't know entirely what 'the draft' is, but if it simply means that in case of war you are eligible to be drafted into the army, then I doubt that will happen nowadays with the kind of technological advancements we have. Drones can do most of the fighting and it's highly unlikely an…

They definitely don't think they should be responsible for the repercussions, but they also don't understand. You can tell by their facial expressions when you have to mansplain things to them. They look really confused by basic logic and reasoning. Anything abstract just seems way beyond their capacity. I remember once, years ago, my mum wanted a new kitchen. Most women do come across as irrational - so do most men in a lot of cases. It's hard to have a rational discussion with women about things because they don't seem to understand cause and effect. They don't seem to be able to grasp how their actions will lead to certain outcomes even when you explain it very clearly and slowly to them. The worst part is, if they hear the very same reasoning delivered from an 'expert' in the field, they'll immediately be convinced. The 'expert' said it's that way…

Yes, it's a big sacrifice they have to make if they want children. As such, we arrange society to try and best accommodate for that, or at least we did until women decided that they wanted to go and work and compete with men. For men, nowadays, if you want to have children then it doesn't even matter how much you're prepared to sacrifice and how good a father you are, you're still basically only in the role for as long as the mother and Daddy Government want you to be in it. Part of the problem people have, in all walks of life, is that if they don't receive instant karma they can't connect their actions with the outcome. If he cheated and she dumped him immediately, he'd understand why it happened. The fact that it took so long for the seeds he'd sown to grow is what's leaving him confused. That's pretty vague to be honest, but what sort of percentage of women do you think fit that? I've said this many times here, the vast majority of men are not naturally driven and ambitious. It's not the default setting. Men's default setting is pleasure seeking and unproductive. Yeah, I've always figured marriage to be more following the woman's preference, even long before TRP. I think this is why marriage rates are decreasing; women don't want to settle, and end up holding out for the best possible mate, while attractive men who are good with women don't want to be tied down.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/17 10:16 AM

It's male-centric. It will give good advice for men regarding what they want to happen. It's often said on TRP, 'don't ask the fish how to catch fish, ask the fisherman.' Women should ask other women who are successful with men, not men, who have no idea how to be a woman and how to get a man into a relationship. We generally believe that having sex is the only thing that will work to make a man happy.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/17 10:05 PM
2

What the fuck is she doing asking TRP for advice? That's the equivalent of a man asking feminists for advice, eg: 'You should feel privileged that your girlfriend trusts you enough to open up emotionally to you and let you help her out with her problems while Chad only gets to have meaningless, hot sweaty sex with her. You should also feel honoured that she wants you to be her first anal sex - the first where she's the giver that is.'

This is a silly argument that just doesn't cut it. Women become mothers by virtue of their biology. The baby grows inside them for 9 months, they give birth then they feed it from their breast - or at least they used to. Aside from donating the sperm, fatherhood is a role that needs to be enculturated. Young men are not being enculturated into the role, and in many cases the mothers don't even want them around they just want a mother + child family and money from the government (or child support…

It's more doing a disservice to sluts than anything. I wondered if you might do a thread about player/fuckboi tells. What makes you think he's just in it for the sex, for example. Either that, or beta tells. What makes you think he's a beta and doesn't have much experience with women? That kind of thing.

No, that's something that Rollo came up with, but from his own personal SMV scale which rates men's peak at 35 and women's at 23. He's basically looking at RMV, or men's value to a woman being about more than looks, but women's being about looks.

Men, generally speaking, do not like ambitious women who out-earn them. They feel threatened by it in relationships. Education is not just confined to university. It's a pretty small minded view if you think a degree makes you educated and not having a degree makes you not. You can educate yourself by reading books and watching YouTube vids to a far greater level than someone who has a degree. Also, there's more things you can talk about than college life.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/17 10:35 PM

If you meet in college, sure. But if you met later in life and a woman had a Women's Studies degree and the man had a Evo-Psych degree, they probably won't have too much in common. In fact, they might be at odds somewhat.

Then few people in the world are free. No shit. It's a cause I'm very passionate about. But I think the actual point is that those breaking the law and harming others need to not. Sure, but the modern laws encroach on people's freedoms a lot more than just 'do no harm'. They're constantly being re-written to ensure certain outcomes for certain groups of people (women, gays, trans, minorities) at the expense of others (straight white men). Then Trump gets elected and you see how peaceful and law-…

Having an enforced control system in place to provide you with security means that by definition you're not free, you're dependent on the system and the people who enforce the laws, so no, you can't expect freedom and security, not if you're dependent on others to provide security for you. The above is just a statement of fact. It has nothing to do with rights under the law.

/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/17 02:34 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/17 11:56 AM

Freedom and security are diametrically opposed. The more freedom you have the less security. What you really want is not freedom (i.e. true independence), it's dependence on others to provide you with security at their expense. Essentially you want to be able to command others to protect you, rather than having to protect yourself. Like most women, you seem to want to put the responsibility for your safety and protection onto other people (men). When those people tell you that they'd be better a…

Your post is all over the place. If a woman complains that men aren't approaching then men, being problem solvers, will naturally suggest a solution, eg. 'try approaching men for a change,' (it's what we have to do to women if we want sex). Also, freedom comes with a price. You can't expect freedom and security. If you want to be free then you have to take the consequences that come with that. Saying, that you want to be free to do certain things (work, earn the same as men, go to college, etc.)…

I agree. So does Esther Vilar: By the age of twelve at the latest, most women have decided to become prostitutes. Or, to put it another way, they have planned a future for themselves which consists of choosing a man and letting him do all the work. In return for his support, they are prepared to let him make use of their vagina at certain given intervals. The minute a woman has made this decision she ceases to develop her mind. She may, of course, go on to obtain various degrees and diplomas. Th…

It depends what commitment you're looking for. I'd say most men want a woman to be 100% committed sexually and emotionally for the duration of the relationship, after which she's free to do what she wants. I'd say, for most women, on top of that they want a man to be financially committed to her, and not just for the duration of the relationship, but for life. She wants the man's money to be moving in her direction before the relationship (with dates and stuff) during and after it - hence, why t…

When he was attempting his first branch-swing I told him outright that I disapproved of what he was doing and that he should split up with his then girlfriend before starting anything with the new girl. It's his choice though, but I certainly don't approve of branch-swinging by anyone, it's a shitty thing to do. The fact that he had a girlfriend when he started going out with her should be enough of a red flag. If he's willing to cheat with you then he's willing to cheat on you.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/17 03:19 PM
1

I'm not really sure what you mean here. What I'm saying is she doesn't have to commit at all. She only has to pretend to be committed long enough to get married and then she's got him financially committed to her. Same as a man can string a woman along for months or even years, with her thinking that they're going to get married and have a family, while he just wants a sex partner. In his eyes he's completely committed to the relationship while it lasts, but she might see things differently.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/17 03:10 PM
2

Wanting someone to commit to you is not the same thing as committing to someone else. If they get a wealthy beta to marry them then he's financially committed to her, but she doesn't have to fully commit to him sexually, she can still go out and get some alpha cock on the side.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/17 02:07 PM

I don't know. Maybe he still will, but if she hasn't had 'the talk' with him by now then she's only got herself to blame. I'm pretty sure he branch swung from his ex to her, although he wouldn't even call her his girlfriend at first, and he definitely branch swung from his ex-ex to his ex, so you'd think his previous behaviour would be a good guide to the man's character.

This looks like teaching her to expect to be loved. This is the female sexual strategy though. She needs to find a beta who is willing to invest resources into her and her offspring rather than just jump on Chad's dick and end up as a single mother. If I had a daughter I'd probably be teaching her the same. I'd want her to be independent, but look for a good beta to provide for her and her offspring.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/17 04:12 PM

The fact that women find it much easier to get casual sex means you're at a disadvantage as a man. It wouldn't be worth investing time and effort into the relationship when you could be spending that time pursuing other options, or just doing other things that you like. If it was a woman who actively helped you bring other women into the relationship then it might not be so bad, but I don't suspect any woman would be bothered to do that.

Same for both. Monks are celibate and so are nuns. If you wanted to marry a woman you'd ideally want her to be a young chaste virgin who hasn't been tainted by other men, so you can mould her in your image. If you were buying some underwear you'd want it new, not used. If you were buying Gold you'd want it to be pure, not tainted with other metals. If you were buying cocaine, you'd want it pure and uncut, not mixed with other chemicals. I could go on, but I think I've made my point.

Virginity = purity. This is just a fact. I'm saying this as someone who is not obsessed with virgins, but the reality is that as soon as you've had sex with a man you have debased yourself.

so like nostalgia, but a person actively attempts to recreate the event. It sounds like this yes. LaVey being a Satanist would've tried to use it to manipulate people. I guess it's up to you how you would use it. There's a similar theory here
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/17 10:14 PM

The term was coined by Anton LaVey. He was basically saying that men do get imprinted on in their youth - not just sexually - and often seek to repeat those experiences as it keeps them feeling young and alive.

I'm pretty sure Tom Cruise's character was based on Ross Jefferies, or at least partially. I don't know that much about Ross Jefferies but I've never heard that he had such issues, he just wasn't getting laid and wanted to find out how to do it. Seduce and Destroy is more of a female thing, I would say. Red Pill is more about seduce and get laid.

Why would a man become a third wave feminist? Is he eager for everything to be his fault and to live with a bent knee? I think most of them do it for female approval and the hope of getting laid. Some are sociopaths like Hugo Schwyzer and use it as a means to target vulnerable young women so they can use them for sex whilst presenting themselves as totally pro-women. It's sick and disturbing, but even feminist women are starting to click onto it now.

The whole Darwinism evolutionary theory is a pile of shit anyway. It's clear to anyone who has done any form of research that we are less advanced than some of the ancient cultures, not more. I never ask about N count, so it wouldn't bother me. I live in a small town so I'd be more concerned that a woman I'm with had been with one, or more, of my friends. Even then, if she was someone I really liked I could look past it because I'm generally not really bothered what other people think. If men care about your N count then they care. It's up to the individual. You'll find as you get older that you give less fucks about most things, particularly in regard to what other people think.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/17 09:19 PM
2

Not really. I don't ask about past sexual relationships. I would be annoyed, and have been in the past, when a girl who I knew had been easy for other men was not for me. To me, that's just insulting and I certainly wouldn't want to have a relationship with that kind of woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/17 09:01 PM

I'd rather be with a girl who is easy (for me at least) than one who is difficult. To me that just shows that she is attracted to me and not afraid to express it.

The whole society we live in is insane. It's designed to perpetuate suffering and keep us all in a constant state of need. It's incredibly materialistic and artificial, spiritually stunted and lacking in meaning. I think this is true for men and women, but it's men who are more likely to wake up to the harsh reality and realise that things aren't right. Too many women are selling out the men in their lives to support these corrupt systems then blaming men when things turn out shit rather than lo…

I think that's hilarious, well done Griddy :X I personally think we all need to laugh at ourselves and stop taking life so seriously. We do need to start being honest with ourselves though. The reason we're so fucked up as a species is that we're so dishonest with ourselves. If we could all stop lying to ourselves things would change for the better very quickly. Once again, great video.

Yeah, it's actually better put in the negative sense, i.e. don't treat people in a way you yourself wouldn't want to be treated. So, for example, you wouldn't want someone to steal your stuff, or point out all your flaws in a public and humiliating way, so you don't do that to others. Social interactions are a complex thing though. Some guys I know are pretty loud and can seem aggressive but are genuinely nice and friendly people, they're just more likely to wave a hand and yell; 'hey, how's it …

Yes I agree. But I think that people who are outwardly shallow are also more likely to be inwardly shallow too. I don't think there's necessarily a difference, but it doesn't mean that you're shallow if you like physically attractive people. The difference from what I can tell is that you would look for something else aside from looks. For me, rather than intelligence and depth it's more that I can see a kind of spiritual essence of the person, like a shining light within. I'm of the opinion tha…

I actually view shallowness in a different way. I view it as in the self. So a person who is shallow is someone who doesn't have any depth of self. They haven't examined themselves at a deep level. I think we all start off that way and as we progress in life we are usually forced to examine the depth or to live an inauthentic life. So, to summarize, shallow people, to me, are people who haven't ever had to examine the self.

Agreed. I remember reading an explanation similar to this when I was reading the Narnia books. Someone did a post about the relation to the seven deadly sins being used in the books and how C S Lewis used Luxury rather than Lust in Prince Caspian: In the second Narnian tale, Prince Caspian, Lewis emphasizes luxury. Some explanation is necessary here regarding the meaning of luxuria. Many early lists of the seven deadly sins substitute for luxuria, fornicatio, sodomita, or libido, all suggesting …

I get what he's trying to say but he seems a bit confused in how he's presenting it. Libido is associated purely with sex drive, but it's more nuanced in psychology. It's a life instinct, the thing that gives you the drive and passion. Most men desire sex, and since sex creates life (or can do) it makes sense that they will channel their libido into trying to pull women. Society/civilisation has always sought to channel men's libido in ways that benefit the whole, rather than just the individual…

It's certainly changed so that men don't own women's sexuality anymore, but women still have a claim of ownership over the man's wealth and the product of his labour. Marriage contract is absolutely nothing like business contracts. In a business contract if you try and get out of the agreement the one who terminates it before the contract is complete will be required to compensate the other. Responsive women. Essentially one who is sexually open and when you initiate she responds. Same sort of thing really just from the opposite side. In order for a man to be spontaneous and sweep a woman off her feet the woman has to be able to react to the spontaneity in a positive way. Essentially, if your man tries to do something spontaneous and romantic just go with it. Don't question his motives or look suspicious or you're giving him negative feedback.

There's a much more famous feminist quote: 'Deeds not words.' It seems to me that feminists have pushed for laws that make the home a more hostile place for fathers to be. At the same time they've pushed for women to have freedom to pursue their own vices, so you probably find more mothers these days in bars and nightclubs, going on girl's nights out and having casual sex with random men. Here's a quote from an article by Mallory Millet, sister of famous feminist Kate Millet: It was 1969. Kate i…

Male feminists are Manginas, basically men who suck up to and side with women. White Knights are men who rescue the damsel in distress, regardless of whether she deserves it or not.

I don't think it is, it's just that aside from evo-psych and TRP it never actually gets said in this way. The mainstream is very PC blue pill so they won't come out and tell it like it is because it might upset people and ruin their romantic fantasies. Also, women don't like double standards (that negatively affect them) even though they exist for a reason.

Which is why I think this ownership of another's sexuality aspect is uniquely female. I totally agree with this. This is the flip side of not being the disposable sex. People do actually care about women, much more so than men, and men have strong protective instincts towards them. You can't switch your caring off and on, as and when it suits women though. Women are insecure about being called sluts, or being valued less for being slutty, this is why they keep telling everyone you shouldn't slut-shame. Men are insecure about not being good enough in bed, or having as big a dick as all the other guys she's been with before - or just that she might cheat on him - so they say sluts are bad and women shouldn't be sluts. Both sides are trying to influence the other to conform to their own ideal reality, so with slutty women it will be to influence men …

Do you not think a nuclear family with strong role models is an ideal scenario for raising a child? I believe that, yes. The trouble is as a man you have very little power or say in the matter. There's been an attack on fathers and fatherhood for many years now and it's still going on. Women are told that they don't need a man and that fathers are optional. Things aren't going to change until women decide that they've made a mistake and start to appreciate men and fathers again.

Can't say I have much sympathy for women who can't lock down an alpha. The fact that you refer to it as 'locking one down' is very telling. You don't have to lock someone down to a place they really want to be. I mean, we don't exactly have to lock young women down to the cock carousel, do we? ;)

Animals don't need laws against murder. They have tribal instincts and understand that murder is not a good thing. Taxation is theft, plain and simple. The government doesn't ask our consent for taxes, they simply make us pay, and if we don't they lock us up. It's like the opposite of rape really, because with rape if a man engages without a woman's consent he will be locked up, but with tax if the man refuses consent then he is the one who will be punished, not the government who are taking wit…

RP says that marriage = winning for women Yeah but RPW probably wouldn't want to marry a MRP men. If the women married to MRP men were winning then wouldn't they want to have sex with their husbands? No one marries alphas Alphas get married all the time. Sports stars and movie stars. Maybe they cheat occasionally, but they still get married. What would you rather have, a loyal beta or an alpha that cheats?

As I said in another comment, the definition of rape has already been changed in recent years. It used to be 'stealing sex' but the woman's sexuality belonged to her father first and then her husband which is why there was no such thing as spousal rape. So the definition of rape has already been changed. During the rad-fem 2nd wave you had some man-hating lesbians claiming all PIV sex was rape. If they'd gotten that written into law then the definition of rape would've then been all PIV sex. If …

You think most men are pigs because some of them 'rape', as if 'consent' is a natural thing that exists in nature. It isn't. Animals have sex. It's instinctive. They don't ask for permission or stop when the female indicates she doesn't want to do it. Your attitude seems to be to hold men up to a ridiculously high moral standard and then criticize those who fall short of that standard. To me, it's a testament to the self-control that civilized men have that we don't see far more rapes then we do…

Animals have sex. We humans invented the term rape. It used to mean 'stealing sex', but the woman's sexuality didn't legally belong to her, it belonged to her father first, and then to her husband. This was represented in weddings with the father giving his daughter away. This is also why spousal rape was never a thing until recently, since the husband owned his wife's sexuality and you can't steal what you already own.

Men do like 'nice sweet girls'. You can be nice and sweet and still be outgoing and promiscuous. Shy wallflowers are not necessarily nice and sweet either. Your whole premise is confused. But they don't understand the implications of their own behavior - they married those women. Those women won. What exactly did they win? They're married to a beta, most likely in a dead bedroom relationship. Is that what you call winning?

You're missing the point. It's not the man that is despised but the weakness. The man might have other virtues which we like, but the weaknesses are despised which is why we don't celebrate and encourage them but try to overcome them. That is not weakness - that is pestering and laziness on his part. Right, but that's what women do all the time. They complain and expect men, or 'society' to solve their problems, even though they like to call themselves strong, independent wimmin. When men set up…

Everyone despises male weakness, but we tolerate it to an extent. If a man asks for help, you can lend him a hand, but if he continuously comes to you and expects to be taken care of without ever learning to fend for himself then yes you would start to despise him. Women, on the other hand, can play the damsel and expect to be taken care of their whole lives.

I've never seen anyone say that betas are wonderful or even imply it. TRP encourages men to kill their inner beta as that is the weakness within that seeks comfort and holds them back. You might find an individual beta claiming that he is nice and should be given a chance, but the betas who shit on alphas will also shit on other betas too. It's the crabs in a bucket mentality. And women certainly aren't saying betas are wonderful. Male weakness is universally despised, while female weakness is u…

Purple Pill Debate is a debate sub where we (sort of) debate the topics of TRP and gender differences in general. Your advice on AskTRP will be getting down votes because TRP tells men not to take advice from women - since women mostly give men crap advice, or advice that will benefit the woman more so than the man who is asking.

I've always liked free spirited women, and people in general. I don't know if that's natural or cultural, but I would suggest it's natural because it's a break away from cultural norms and what 'society' wants and expects of you. My taste in men is absolutely a result of culture not biology. Liking poets is not a biological impulse. We're humans, not animals. Poetry, art, and science and logic, are all higher brain functions, the things that separate us from the animals. There's no better sign t…

Yeah, but men are ultimately to blame for the current situation, not women. Women are just making demands, things that they think will be best for them, but it's the men who are refusing to say no to them that are doing the damage. Too many men think that if they mansplain things to women in the right kind of flowery language then women will be reasonable with their demands. In practice that never works though, as, like the quote above says, women don't understand cause and effect very well. The…

From the NO MA'AM website: There is no point in arguing and trying to convince women to see the light. That door was closed decades ago. Essentially, women "are" society, and what their wants are is what society's wants are. What women find disagreeable, society finds disagreeable. They are "the herd" and males either serve their purposes or they are ejected from it. But women also don't understand cause and effect very well. If you've been raised from birth in a monogamous culture then it's not novel behaviour for the particular man, it's the norm. r/K is used for species but we can use it here in relation to male sexual strategy. Obviously human females are K-selection, but males can choose to invest time and resources or not. I didn't say there was a link between monogamy and intelligence, that was the OP, but if there is it's more likely a result of these men understanding that a healthy civilization needs co-ope…

Monogamy = novelty for men? That's the dumbest thing I've heard in a while. A new woman = novelty for a man. The real reason intelligent men prefer monogamy, I suspect, is more to do with being K-selection. They want a wife and a couple of kids who they heavily invest in. Chad is more the r-selection fuck anything that moves but don't invest in the offspring strategy.

No. Mufasa is a benevolent Patriarch, or a symbol of the patriarchy in general. The world is peaceful when he is in charge. Scar is Satan (or Seth in the Egyptian myth). Scar is more like Stalin, he rules over a version of hell. Simba is the son (Jesus or Horus), the hero who has to rise up and defeat the evil and restore order (benevolent patriarchy) to the land.

Right, but where's the large niche market for men who can get laid but can't get a girl to commit to them? Maybe there's a business opportunity for you there. Red Pill does not say men are gatekeepers of relationships. It says men are gatekeepers of commitment. Women are gatekeepers of sex, so they are the gatekeepers of sexual relationships. Still, after having sex and jizzing inside a woman, a man is free to move on. He doesn't have to hang around and help her raise the offspring. He can commit to finding other women to impregnate instead. If you think men want commitment more than women, do a quick search on YouTube: How to get a man to commit How …

Everyone wants to feel special. This is partly why men don't want to marry former sluts. I think this is also why women want a man who is attractive to other women (he has options) but wants to commit to her only. I don't think a woman getting the commitment of a man with no other options, or a man having sex with a woman who has already had sex with hundreds of men, will make them feel special.

Men do not have control over their finances. Paying taxes without consenting to paying them is slavery, so too is paying child support without consent. Ask yourself why women are so keen to use proxy violence (the government) to remove men's money to hand over to women. That's control, and it's control that is largely supported by women (and most men). If you think men and women are full people and not property you would support abolishing child support, alimony and taxes in general.

In Spanish sorry is lo siento. The literal translation for lo siento is I feel it. So, essentially the apologist is saying 'I feel your pain and I'm sorry for it.' So whether you believe empathy is real or not, I'm pretty sure the concept goes back way before the 40s

Probably. Men are the disposable sex though. Most men don't give a shit about other men too. There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding as to what empathy actually is. From the dictionary: the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. I agree with you here. I don't think it's logical it's purely down to instinct. That instinct being the disgust reflex. Possibly, but I think they judge their attractiveness more on the quality of men who want them. If they have hot men wanting sex with them then they will think they're attractive enough to deserve a hot man, even if none of the hot men want to commit to her. This is what it comes down to really. If you understand that men will lower their standards for casual sex then you know that you can't judge how attractive you are based on how attractive the man who wants to fuck you is. The woman in the doctor's story didn't rate herself, she just thought that she deserves an attractive man. In terms of women starving themselves, I've covered this before. Look at this picture. The perfect female body according to women is skinny and androgynous. The perfect female body according to men is curvy and feminine. Also, women tend to be more celebrity culture and beauty mag oriented, so they judge themselves against airbrushed images.

It's more to show that they're not stingy with their resources. It probably puts the woman's womb at ease knowing that if she lets this guy fuck her and she gets pregnant that he's not going to do a runner.

I don't trust these self reported attractiveness studies since, in my experience, most women are faux modest when asked how attractive they are, but that doesn't mean that they don't secretly think they're super hot princesses who deserve to be swept off their feet by Prince Chadming.

The studies you linked are about casual sex only. It's fairly obvious to anyone that women are far more attractive for casual sex than men. A female 5, is a lot more attractive for casual sex than a male 6, or even a male 7. It's not really a reflection of your SMV though, since women are competing against other women not against men. Boys were given more points for that when it was unwarranted. Do you know this for certain, or just because the article said so? The research it mentions is behind a paywall and there's no way I'm paying for that. Did you read the research though? The article itself provides no concrete examples of the same work being given higher marks for boys than girls. It uses vague phrases like: The researchers identified that a worrying number of teachers gave boys higher maths test results than girls of …

Call me cynical but I'm extremely dubious about that article, and the very idea that you can bias scores in testing for maths. Mathematics is the most objective subject there is, eg. Q. 2 + 2 = If you answer 4 then you're right, regardless of whether you're a boy or a girl. If you answer anything other than 4 you're wrong. It's that simple. You don't get half a point for saying 5. The very notion that you can have some kind of subjective bias over something so binary as mathematics is absurd and…

You're right. In my opinion they should try to get the girl involved in the conversation by asking her a question first, eg: 'Would you like to try some Rohypnol?' Or: 'Does this cloth smell like chloroform to you?'

A person cannot be shamed unless they are complicit in the shaming, they allow themselves to be shamed by buying into the shame the shamer is selling. I kind of get what you're saying, but this is not really how it works. It's like saying a person cannot be lied to unless they are complicit in the lie. Or a person cannot be manipulated unless they are complicit in the manipulation. You need quite a high level of awareness to be able to spot liars and manipulators, and you need that to avoid bein…

Alpha = attractive/women want to bang him. It's not what it means. It refers to dominance. A dominant man bangs women, women don't bang him. If a woman is banging him then she is the dominant one, hence he is not alpha. I don't see how this is difficult for you to understand. You seem to be confusing physical attractiveness (aka beauty) with dominance. It's typical female solipsism. Because the most beautiful woman is the top of the female hierarchy, so too should the most beautiful male be, but…

Donald Trump is not an alpha. He's fat and ugly, IMO, and he comes across as petty and petulant. He's confident and has a certain charm, but nothing I'm attracted to. You're making out that he's not alpha because he's unattractive to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/16 09:19 PM

You're trying to convince yourself that the men you find attractive are alpha when they're not. It's not a problem that they're not alpha, since there can be only one alpha, but why not just be honest about it? Why the need for self deception?

Right, so men use their partner, the person who they're supposed to use, whereas women use other people, eg. male 'friends' who they unload all their problems onto but don't provide any sexual release to. That's kind of the point I'm making. So it's women acting as a therapist for their male partners all the time. Yeah and they probably have sex with these men too, while the firendzoned orbiter who they unload all their emotional baggage onto gets nothing in return. married men live longer than …

You're completely missing the point here. Sex is an easy thing to give away here, especially these days since we have birth control, hence it's not really that valuable a commodity. Commitment, as in a life long commitment, is very costly to a man (or anyone else for that matter). Obviously men are the gatekeepers of sex too, in the sense that they can reject a woman for sex if they feel like it, but it wouldn't be a great move for his own sexual strategy. For a woman, if you're going to have ch…

Hot men definitely have it easier than hot women. Uh ... you've said on this sub many times that you are an escort and that men basically pay you for the pleasure of your company. That doesn't sound like a difficult life to me. You can essentially trade on your looks. Like do I believe earth may have been an experiment by extraterrestrials? Well one of the theories is that the Sumerian Gods were extraterrestrials who genetically modified hominid DNA to produce/create humans as a slave species to mine gold for them. I think the reptilian theory might be allegorical, as in the reptiles are psychopaths, or people whose brains are stuck in the Reptilian Complex (the lower part of the brain). Is branch swinging being romantically interested while being in a relatuonship? From what I understand branch swinging is the idea that women do not end a relationship until they have another one lined up, so they have another branch to swing to before they let go of the one they're on. I don't think this is a law, as there are many examples of women leaving a relationship with no other man waiting for them, but the idea is that they will stay in a relationship they want to leave if they have to…

I guess because of what you said in the past about being desperate to serve God, but he wouldn't talk to you directly. Also, your dad sounds like a good guy but definitely sounds beta. Jesus would not be making excuses for people. He might forgive your sins but he wouldn't excuse them. He sounds like a good guy. My dad is fairly similar aside from the religion and not getting drunk, but he's hardworking, selfless and sacrificial. I have to say though: He thought the best of everyone, made excuses for everyone, yet always held himself to the highest standard. This part is not necessarily a good thing. I've seen this with my dad's behaviour, particularly towards my niece, and it borders on the pathological in my opinion. He does so much for her and has given her so many chances,…

No to the hairy armpits and legs. Makeup is less an issue, but the eyebrows are actually one of the things I think women get wrong these days. They seem to pluck them bare then paint a big black stripe and it just looks weird. Still, the way you phrased the question is telling: Would you approach a woman who took care of herself man-style? Since men are the ones doing the bulk of approaching, it's obviously more in the woman's interest to look good to attract attention.

Well it was a bit of a tongue in cheek comment. I honestly think young women these days overdo it on the makeup and aren't really doing it because of men, but more so because of fashion and magazines. A lot of young women's makeup looks more scary than inviting to me, these days. It's as if they're wearing war-paint, not makeup.

Yes, alpha widows are temporary. IF they find a man that replicates or exceeds the feelings created by the alpha that "widowed" them. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is what I imagine the crux of it is. It's the emotional impact the man has, not how objectively good he is on paper (which would serve hypergamy). A man could be objectively better on paper (better job, better looking, more stable and committed etc.) but he still might not have the same emotional impact as the loser dude who smoke…

It wasn't really, because obviously I knew she was full of shit. However, it's not just about being called 'not nice', it's the look of disapproval that went with it. It was as if I'd done something to personally offend her. I couldn't understand how it was of any concern to her, or why it seemed to grate on her but it did. Not long after this, I ended up seeing some girl who was a few years older and pretty slutty. The same girl who tried to shame me the first time and my sister got together to…

Men don't 'settle' for virgins. Most men, if they're inclined to marry, would love a beautiful young virgin. He wouldn't be settling for her, giving his best to other women in his prime and then giving her a pale shade of his former self. It's a very different concept to a woman chasing alphas in her prime then having to settle for a beta when her looks start to fade. Most men I know were more relationship minded in their twenties. They might fuck a few sluts in their teens and use them for sexu…

Haha why did you think of that elevator scene? I think that scene just highlights a universal truth that most people don't want to openly acknowledge. It's not as though most people treat average or unattractive people badly. Most people are generally cordial but it's not like they go out of their way to be nice to you unless they want to get into your good books. I'm not going to disagree with most of what you said, because I think women are more serial monogamist. I've seen plenty of this where I live; single mothers with 4 kids to 3 different men, etc. I'm not sure they're benefitting from serial monogamy though, since most of them end up on benefits or with a low status man (as that's all they can attract once they have another man's children) while the ones who get married and stay married often achieve a better standard of living. Good post. Here's the original meaning from an online etymology dictionary. A combination of miso (hater, to hate) and gyne (woman) I'm glad to see other people noticing this. This is the kind of destruction and obfuscation of the language that Orwell was warning about in 1984.
