1	How do you form the willpower to wake up in the morning and go to the gym when you're supposed to? You don't have to go first thing in the morning. I make my appointment for the last time slot of each day which is 7-8:30 pm on weekdays and 4-5:30 pm on weekends. I find there's less people there so not as much competition for machines.
