I know Rollo went crazy after being bullied out by GLO. Speaking of which he seems to have gone quiet too

Yes, it's quarantined but you should be able to find it still

If you want to take her out, do it. If you don't that's cool too. Whatever you choose she's either along for the ride or she isn't. Good on you for sticking to your decision, I wouldn't be surprised if she comes back within the next 3 months or so

Great guide. I'm in the gym 5 times a week doing the phat program when they are open. I'm hitting the main muscle groups twice a week so usually upping the weights the next week. A similar post about the importance of rest and sleep would be awesome.

You don't have to go first thing in the morning. I make my appointment for the last time slot of each day which is 7-8:30 pm on weekdays and 4-5:30 pm on weekends. I find there's less people there so not as much competition for machines. Besides that you need to want to be in shape and improve yourself and work towards it. Even on days you don't want to go you need to say future me will appreciate it

Don't remember which rule it is from the 48, but never outshine the master.

Get out. Make sure you take all forms of government documents with you. This is a toxic lifestyle that will slowly drain you of everything you have.

Force yourself to go. If it doesn't go well then you never have to see her again and you have experience for the next time.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
