Let’s wait until the judgement comes out in a few weeks, then we can have the details of the case. I won’t judge what happened based on a 2nd hand report. Even after we read the case details we can never be sure of what happened on that night. Maybe her actions led him to believe the sex was consensual, maybe they didn't. This seems like a genuine rape case, hopefully over the course of the trial the truth will come out. This was pointless. A debate requires, at a minimum 2 opposing sides not 1 entity bringing up arguments for both sides as this results in a 1 sided and superficial debate. In the UK, under the sexual offences act 2003 that would be rape, because consent was dependant on the use of the condom.
