Don't do that if you value your hair. DHT is known to cause early on-set male pattern baldness and could potentially have permanent damage. FYI the recommended medicine for hair loss along side monaxidil is finasteride which significantly reduces DHT levels in blood. Once your puberty is over you'll find little use to it besides increased body hair and mildly in mood regulation. Increase testosterone not DHT.

I think the best solution is to be open for cultivating a deeper connection but be able to understand and see any indicators for it to be possible and if so go for it. Accept that there is a good chance you'll never be able to achieve it but be prepared if the opportunity comes. Basically have low expectations.
