Take a multivitamin. Other than that? Invest in some spices and learn how to cook by trial and error. I'm not sure what your budget looks like but Indonesia is cheap and Bali is as close to paradise on earth once you're away from the tourist spots like Kuta beach. Me and a buddy traveled through Bali for a month with about 1500$ after airfare.

I think that you have a fair point. Not everyone can be an alpha, and betas are a required part of our society.
