Then do you think that employers don't "own" their jobs and can hire whoever they think is the best fit? Actions have consequences, especially in private voluntary contexts. This isn't government suppression of speech so if this were in the US, it wouldn't even be a 1st amendment issue.

SJWs are just stupid college kids and that majority of them have no idea how to fight or how to do anything in life let alone try and take down a president. That was my first thought too. I'd be more afraid of a an extreme righty than a lefty. But then I remembered the Weather Underground and ELF and ALF. Those are left leaning terrorist organizations. So I'd say both sides can kill.

I always saw it as poverty, since that's the root behind crime and many other problems. However, you made a great point. All the poor immigrants I've known came here to the US, busted their asses, and their families (parents and the kids in school) never acted like these animals. So the question is: why the difference?

You don't have to be guilty to lose your job. If you're on video doing something asinine that the employer doesn't like, that's good enough. The rules at the school might say otherwise. Or their HR department just wants to make sure they have enough cause to not allow wiggle room for a lawsuit.

Like the mother said in My Big Fat Greek Wedding: The man is the head, but the woman is the neck. And the neck turns the head.

I gave up on political protests in college for the same reason.

It's campy, but a must see movie at some point.

Can't watch. I would've asked for a mirror but it's easier to just torrent the episode. Silly CC losing out on legitimate viewers. All this because I run TOR on a server at home, which always throws off Hulu.

Women vastly outnumber men on college campuses. They're graduating in much higher numbers. You can no longer say women are some distraught minority on campus.

Every time I go to Urban Outfitters there's a book of his art. I always spend a good 20 minutes just admiring it. Agree or disagree, it's good stuff.

That's entry level for a teacher with a Bachelors, around here. So no, not shitty.

European here. It's considered ok because unlike so many other racist stereotypes, the gypsies really are as horrible as you hear. So much so that even the more socially liberal continentals can't stand it.

To be fair, he sounds like the type that was just creeping with a camera. But that's just a wild guess. He was still within his right to record. Those people don't know the law.

I feel stupider after having watched that. If ever there was a reason to drag someone out of their car and beat them, this would be it.

Holy shit that was not justice. That was overkill A large group of people can drag you out of your vehicle and beat the shit out of you. Ask Mr. "Can't we all just get along". If you fear for your life, legitimately, I have no problem running their asses over.

Not to go against the circle jerk, but the thread I was in the other day totally lambasted her for it. She received little sympathy and they were calling out people trying to associate her with being a girl. This was in /r/news or justice porn. It was a big thread. So already people are denying the pussy pass.

I'm subscribed to that subreddit, and it reminds me of how toxic and counter productive /r/atheism was when it was a default sub. I only subscribe to it for the same reason I subscribe to SRS: to sit back with popcorn and watch the batshit crazies.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
