I choose to disagree. She is functionally a covert narcissist - this is her checking back in on supply to ensure I’m still available. The issue here is that each contact has been escalating - not much more from here but for her to call or text. Working on it.

Cause I definitely email my ex-spouse about a slideshow deck we made 4 years ago at 11pm after not saying a word to them for 2 years lol Totally normal behavior.
