You should have smiled, raised your eyebrows, or winked. Her reaction, or lack thereof, will tell you whether she likes you or is just afraid.

I tried therapy, but I only encountered mediocre psychologists. I think a good specialist costs a lot. It's a good advice talk to all kind of strangers. From time to time, people approach me, mostly older locals curious about who I am and where I'm from. I just need to start initiate the conversation myself.
