the guy wanted to get with the girl, but the girl's a racists on comments on how the guy can't speak English (this is happening in mexico.... mind you.) guy gets mad calls her a bitch and shoves her a little bit, the girl then say, "i don't care if i'm a bitch" in a slurred manner and proceeds to dump liquid on the guy's face. then the head/concrete thing happened.
