they just want the man committed so they can choose the exit point when they find someone with a perceived higher mating value. I think it's because women don't get the same satisfaction out of a casual fling as men do.

I many very close friends that are women. Not because it helps me get laid, but because they are awesome people and are great friends. But since this is Seddit, I should probably mention that is helps my romantic life IMMENSELY. They introduce me to tons of women, they put in the good word for me, and (this is really important) they help me understand women and what makes them tick. You just need to be very in-tune with who you are compatible with and it won't turn into something romantic. Four …

I don't lose respect for her, but it definitely gives me less incentive to follow through with the relationship and learn more about her.

I live with my parents, have a decade old Corolla, and don't have a whole lot of income. This hasn't affected me in the slightest. You just need to "own" everything. If a girl asks where I live I say "I live in [suburban part of town] with my parents]" in a tone that is unapologetic.

That's awesome. But I have noticed a larger amount of posts by women recently, which is great.

I love how more and more women are posting on Seddit. It's awesome to have this kind of diversity in the community.

Here is a quick tip: approach guys. And I don't mean that in a gay way. Just get used to approaching random people. If you're in the line for starbucks and someone is standing in front of you, make small talk. Start off small. Just ask for the time or something like that. Nothing big. Take it from there. After that you can start talking to girls.

Great info, but $97 is a bit steep for a book.

Don't worry, you sound like you got the right attitude :) And practice is the only cure.

Don't run before you can walk. If you're having trouble approaching a group of girls you don't need to worry about sexualizing the conversation just yet. Get over that hump of approaching and starting a conversation. Don't worry abou where it's going just yet, just get comfortable about approaching and keep their interest. I have interests that not a lot of people share Like what? This sounds like an excuse to me. I have a lot of esoteric interests but if it's interesting enough people will be i…

Don't get drunk as fuck Make friends with the regulars at the bar. You will never be "alone". If you don't act needy and creepy, people won't think your creepy. You won't be that jerk as long as you seem friendly, not like you've just got pussy on your mind and nothing else. If you're nervous about talking to girls, just talk to people. Ease into it. You see a sports game talk to the person next to you about sports. You read something interesting yesterday? Start a conversation about it. Realize…

You should not have unprotected sex with someone unless you are in a committed long term relationship with them.

I don't follow. A woman not sleeping with her friend is "treating them like crap?" Or is there something else in the article I'm not getting?

As long as you're polite about it, it's great. So much easier than being left in the dark. At the same time, I don't think a woman owes a guy an outward rejection.

Seems every half decent and sensible girl I talk to at parties has a fucking boyfriend They probably don't have a boyfriend. And if they do have a boyfriend and like you, they'll go out of their way to avoid mentioning it. I don't mean to come across as a dick, but I'm not even speaking to you in person and I'm getting an angry, abrasive vibe from you. I think that this might be what makes the bring up the "boyfriend" thing so often around you. I don't think they do it just for the "attention". …

I think on top of this, this kind of eagerness is an unattractive quality in general. If I met another guy that seemed cool, yet projected this kind of neediness, it would be a bit off-putting and I would be more reluctant to build a friendship with that person. It's not that I'm an asshole, it's just one of those facets of human interaction one needs to take into consideration. I've been on the other side of it, too. If I meet a musician or celebrity I look up to, I need to make an effort to ke…

You have a very defeatist and negative attitude. It will only get in your way and lead to frustration.

No one can reasonably claim that looks don't count. But, you don't need to be good looking in order to be successful.

Looks matter much more to men than to women. You can bring yourself from a "5" to a "8" without changing your looks (aside from proper grooming).

For the most part, women are not looking for one night stands. They can't just say "wanna come back to mine" because once they have sex with the guy, there is a good chance he will not carry on the relationship and it will end up being a one night stand, a prospect most women won't be thrilled about.

I don't have that much problem fighting that ungodly anti slut thingy in my brain. ...Wait... is that a good thing? Yes, it is a good thing. But only if you are honest with yourself about what you are comfortable with. Get a read on where he would like to take the relationship before you have sex with him. If it seems like he sleeps around and you just want a casual fling, that's fine. If you really like him, it's best that you hold off. But once you feel comfortable don't feel bad about followi…

I see what you're saying, and I see why the rhetoric on Seddit might seem objectifying (to be sure, some of it genuinely is objectifying). It reminds me of someone Hugh Hefner said (stay with me here). He was asked if he viewed women as sexual objects, to which he responded (paraphrasing here) "yes, women are sexual objects. But so are men. Every human being is a sexual object." Think about the way women talk about men. Whenever I hear my female friends talking about men, the conversation isn't …

I was speaking specifically about women frustrated about their inability to find a guy.

You're assuming that women have the same goals as men when it comes to seduction. They aren't just looking to bring home a guy and have a one night stand, they are looking to cultivate a meaningful relationship. Which can be really hard for women, especially when they're young and single.

This has nothing to do with his skills as a PUA. As a mod, he represents Seddit. And it's not a good representation of the community if one of its most visible members does not get regular STD checks.

Dude... that is not cool. That's an incredibly selfish and irresponsible move. What if you have HIV or gonorrhea? Even if the girls you have been sleeping with aren't showing any symptoms now, they could wind up with infertility later in life. I get routine tests every six months or so and you should too. That is not okay.

I used to have such a problem with getting an erection after a long night of drinking. I always felt like I had some sort of problem Now that I stopped drinking, I'm rock hard every time. The same exact thought process goes through my head when I'm having sex with a girl and I can't get it hard enough. The distractions, feelings of inadequacy, all that stuff. Another thing that helped my problem is curbing my porn consumption. Porn conditions you to never be satisfied and crave constant stimulat…

It's pretty easy. Find a guy at the club that is a good dancer and do exactly what he is doing. You'll pick it up in no time.

I see what your saying, but if a girl is going to cheat, she is going to cheat. Very few healthy relationships are ruined by infidelity. You also don't know how serious they are. Maybe she is saying "boyfriend" but it's really some guy that she is sleeping with, they aren't too serious, he's unwilling to commit, and sleeping with other girls on the side too. My rule of thumb is that I don't press the issue too hard if she has a boyfriend and seems content with the relationship. If she's happy wi…
