But then it wouldn't be title IX imposing that, title IX doesn't even have anything to do with gender identity, solely sex, and it's a penalty on the university if it receives federal funding. Are you referring to a university policy?

Title IX is a law that says universities can't discriminate on the basis of sex if they receive federal money, it has nothing to do with individuals

I don't normally come on here as I am a socialist, but this was posted a little while ago on r/socialism, and the vast majority of socialists do not agree with the WSWS, we find them abhorrent largely to be honest. Just wanted to clarify, I'll move along now.
