No, there are actual medical reasons when circumcision can be necessary, but it's quite rare. The fact that circumcision is still pretty popular in the US makes doctor suggest circumcision as a first hand treatment when they should try other means first.

I wouldn't really call it cosmetic. The only people who think it looks better live in countries where it's still a popular thing to do. I don't understand why she was charged with murder. What she commited is manslaughter. I do believe she commited a crime. There's a limit to the mistakes you can make. Entering the wrong appartment and killing an innocent person is a terrible mistake that must be punished. If I'm distracted by the fact that I got fired when driving and run a red light and kill someone, I just commited a crime. The intent wasn't there, but I still would have made a terrible mistake.

A judge still has a job to do even if you have a jury. People could claim that since the judge was impartial, the jury weren't given proper instructions or something like that. This judgement can be thrown out easily.

There isn't. A judge is a judge and must remain impartial. What he did is enough for the prosecutors to appeal and get his judgement thrown out the window. He just showed everyone that he wasn't impartial, which is usally quite a difficult thing to prove. The victims can forgive the convicted, but that's not the judge's job. Look what happened to other subs. Watchpeopledie and others were banned for no reason. They even tried to prevent the video from being shared. Reddit likes to appeal to the media.
