That's an reasonable explanation... My friend since he has extreme alcohol tolerance drinks three shots of rum in 0.3l glass filled up with Coke and he calls it triCoke... Well since the Coke is there only for color I guess he really likes rum...

My friend enjoyed something similar once... He regularly drunk Absinthe with water in this manner: light the absinthe up than put it out with the water from another glass covering the first one, then put the glass away bottom up, drink the absinthe and then inhale the fumes from the second glass using a straw...
