17:1 is 95/5. Today's 80/20 is easy mode by comparison.

Some of the extra cucked husbands will even post these themselves. So pathetic.

Exactly this. They're constantly told they face adversity while actually facing none and receiving preferential treatment. When actual adversity shows up they fold because they have no idea how to respond.

If she got away with it and BF doesn't find out then she didn't fuck it up.

Thanks. I'll admit that I've just ignored the potential health impacts of the tanning bed and in the interest of facing issues head on I'll look into switching over to the spray tan booth instead. I've got LinkedIn and a decent network, but my profile is in need of an overhaul, so I will get on that this week.

Love this. 1) Fitness: Continue lifting every 2nd day with an HIIT session every 2nd non-lifting day. (ie. Lift-HIIT-Lift-Rest and repeat). Have made it 2 years with exactly 1 lifting session missed due to illness including holidays and work trips. This area will be easy to sustain as lifting is already an ingrained habit. 2) Diet: Am already tracking macros and the timetable lines up nicely with the first phase of my 2016 cut. I'm pretty good 6 days per week when in deficit and the main improve…

Hadn't read that one before, thanks for posting. It's pretty crazy to reflect upon all the times in the dating world that I was the "gentleman" and never got laid and contrasting with the times I was anything but and got laid on 2nd date every time. There are literally zero exceptions to this that I ever experienced. This lesson is completely relevant to married life. All my "gentlemen" friends bitch about getting starfish once a month while splitting household chores and paying the mortgage and…

Just brutal. Years ago my ex-wife pulled similar shit by calling the cops and claiming I assaulted her. Fortunately for me the cops didn't think it made any sense based on examining each of us. The next day however she went to the police station and received an emergency protection order with the same unsubstantiated bullshit claims. I instructed my lawyer not to explicitly fight it in court, but rather to steer it towards a mutual no contact order since I didn't want her being able to bait me w…

It depends on your sensitivity to caffeine. Everyone is different. If you're having trouble sleeping then it's definitely worth trying to reduce.

There's a huge variation in what dosage works best for different folks. I tried 20mg once and got absolutely no sleep. Used to do 10mg and got mixed results, reduced it to 5mg then 3 mg and now 1mg, and get much better consistent results. If 20 or 30 works, more power to you, but that's not how it goes for most folks. YMMV.

Given that sleep disorders run the gambit of difficulty falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep, circadian rhythm disorders, irregular brain waves, etc., your comment is a gross over simplification.

Magnesium deficiency can definitely play a role. However, too much can also be a bad thing by causing either a calcium deficiency (Ca and Mg compete for same receptor sites) or dehydration. I've noticed that if I take the recommended 3 ZMA pills before bed I'm likely to wake up after 1 sleep cycle, whereas if I reduce my dosage to 1 or 2, I'll almost always get a 2nd cycle in before waking up.

The only thing I take issue with here is that some folks (like myself) have chronic insomnia and just can't get 8+ hours and I'm certain that I would be doing a lot worse if I didn't lift. Gains are slow, but they're there and my compound lifts are still going up slowly despite being a relatively old fart of 35 years old that just started lifting at 33. Advice I would give to my fellow insomniacs is to keep a consistent bedtime and wake up time routine and still allow for a minimum of 8.5 hours …

I hadn't thought about it that way, but you're correct that these could be shit tests depending on the context. If I've got things to do, I'll give her a quick reassuring hug but let her know that I'm busy and we'll talk later. I assume I'm passing the shit test by not changing my plans around.

The comfort tests are usually just negative self talk like "I feel like I'm not good enough for you", "I feel like I'm not doing enough for you" or excessively throwing out "I Love You" looking for a reciprocation. I give her the I love you back about 2/3 of the time, otherwise I pull a Han Salo and give her something like "I know" or "Of course you do, why wouldn't you?". Other ones include approaching me with sad eyes saying "I'm so lucky to be with you" and looking for hugs and validation. No…

Thanks. Perhaps I'm so used to getting comfort tests (and there's definitely lots of those) that I'm overlooking and/or mischaracterizing the shit tests. I'll definitely be more vigilant in watching for these.

Could you please elaborate on why there's a problem when the shit tests stop? My wife has never been prone to delivering shit tests even when I was a fat waste of skin. I'm in decent shape (lifting for last 21 months & good diet), have been running lots of dread since before I got here and learned what it was called, and get sex whenever I want with any act I want on the table. I'm pretty confident my SMV outstrips hers and she really doesn't think she can do better. Is there something else I ne…
