Hey, here's an idea. We will jail 95% of everyone accused of rape automatically because that is the percentage they is guilty, but we will also jail 5% of the accusers automatically since that is a 5th of the percentage we think are lying their asses off. See if they understand the importance of presumption of innocence then.

If I'm going on a walking Safari in Africa, I may get eaten by a lion. The chances are small, miniscule even. I honestly don't think anyone hear is condoning having sex with someone who is blackout drunk. The point of the conversation is that it is unfair to say a drunk woman can't give consent because she can't understand the situation she's in while simultaneously expecting the man who is also blackout drunk to suddenly sober up, understand everything, and then take appropriate action. Yes, because when I'm on my way to an important interview, wearing a kilt or sweatpants is totally appropriate. I think the point here is if we, as a gender, tried to tell women what they should be doing with their bodies, no one would survive the metaphorical shit storm.
