The entire thing is a bit skewed. On a whole there is a wage gap, because for the most part men are in the leadership roles, whereas women are more likely to have no income(housewife/stay at home mom). They're technically correct based on how they're measuring it. But the problem is there are way more women who are at home with kids(nothing wrong with it, I think itll help with development and home life) and the fact that stem, and executive jobs are dominated by men, means the overall net income is disproportionate.

Eh, I cant bring myself to rationalize lowering the age of consent. I'm 25 and not even from a sexual standpoint, 18-21 seems too young at this point.
