I do Bodyweight Fitness and kettlebell. You're less likely to injure yourself, and Bodyweight is better for working out your core. Kettlebell helps workout your lower back which Bodyweight neglects unfortunately. Either one is better than isolated weightlifting. Dead lifts are a guaranteed way of injuring your back.
