Lol how dumb can you people be, if he's talking about legal code there's literally nothing on earth easier to cite and immediately end a conversation about. He's just a clueless idiot, like yourself, talking out of his ass. Probably because an idiot like himself, and yourself, told him that info, and like the shitty journalist he is, he didn't fact-check it

Lol so you have no source proving your claim that the media can say "improper student relationship" and "accused of sex crime" but can't say "allegedly raped?" So you're a moron, and you're bad at your job, got it.

Lol your credentials mean nothing at all. And that'd be if you were a lawyer. You're a journalist of only a decade lol, get over yourself. If you're so damn knowledgeable and such an authority on law stop wasting your time and cite a source that says how correct you are. Moreover, every city every country every state has their own laws.

No... You're just literally misunderstanding what rape means. If they can defame someone by saying they had sex with a minor, they can say it's rape, they're the same thing. You're essentially saying they can say someone intentionally lit a building on fire but they can't say it's arson. I think the word you're looking for is "allegedly."

That can't be true. "X had sex with a fifteen year old" is rape lol, they say she raped him by saying that. It's called statutory rape. You can't have sex with fifteen year olds. That's the entire point.

Really good comment. Speaking of effort, damn. This is the kind of content that should be on here, specific and relevant, and meaningful. This post offers nothing and really does creates a divide for the sake of it. And the comments illustrate it. Generalities aren't helping anything.

I'm realistic. He's likely to do what he tells himself he can do and what he works towards. Unfortunately for many, especially if they lack support, it means they'll never recover fully. It's easy to not, to not even want to. So yeah, in a way you're right.

He was a victim of abuse. Abusers use your love for them against you. Gaslighters destroy a person's self worth until they don't think they deserve better. My man, you're gonna learn to trust again, and you'll learn to love yourself if you haven't yet. People like that are broken, and we can't let them decide who we are for us.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
