Look, I'm an atheist as well, so don't think this is some sort of attack on you for your beliefs. But you can't be so naive as to say that differences in how the child would be brought up cannot be discussed in court. The Albright Factors state that these things need to be brought up and discussed. They don't say that one viewpoint trumps the other, just that if they do differ then some sort of an agreement needs to be reached on the topic. Have you considered that it's not your lack of religion…

Differences in religion are certainly a factor in fights between estranged parents. To suggest that the topic is taboo for the courts is to miss the point.
