4	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap As a woman who grew up playing a lot of sports, especially basketball, I am all for them lowering the hoops. I just can't get into watching women's sports as much as I can in men's sports and I feel bad. But the excitement (and I only am speaking for myself) is not there as much as the men with the exciting plays. In regards to basketball, I like the fast paced offense, with big plays and big dunks that the men show.
