How could you ever prove it was done knowingly? You would need a confession and even then it's not a slam dunk case.

It's frustrating that the problem is so bad but you still can't even convince 99 percent of the population that there is a problem. The 1 percent know what's going on but most everybody just dismisses it.

According to the article "Women in England live on average four years longer than men but spend more of their life in poor health, which can limit their ability to work and participate in day-to-day activities." So that's unfortunate and I hope women's health does improve.
