Seriously, this reads like a 12 year old wrote it "and when mom gets home Im going to have her kick your ass..." Why bother going after the front desk guy or girl? (if this even happened) Just get a refund of your gym membership or put a stop on your credit card and let them fight it out and find a new gym. Simple as that. I guess if this does ever "happen" again, you should report her behavior to the front desk before she has the chance to report you. Or start wearing a gopro at all times to re…

getting back into heavy lifting Thats the trick, its the first time only high, the rest is forcing yourself back to where you once where. Remeber back to the first ever time you started and thats what he is talking about

Go to McDonald's to make fun of fat people, anyone at the gym is actively trying to better themselves

I just learned a former plate of mine just recently had a kid after getting back with her long term ex last summer. I last saw her about 9 months ago (no contact since) and we had been seeing each other for quite a few months. I always wore protection but you never know, I hope that idiot got a test done before signing the birth certificate, I know he knows about me because he called me from her phone last August telling me to "stop talking to her!" so I laughed, hung up and deleted her number. …

Sorry for your loss, how exactly did the dog die do you know? Also, trying to clearify, you knew she was stepping out and not coming home starting a few months ago but only cut off contact 2 weeks ago? I've been in a similar situation kicking a girl out after cheating, which is what made me find RP, but thankfully never had the dog problems. Pack up her shit in boxes ready for her to pick up if you haven't already, it will minimize the amount of time she needs to be there to get her shit. Also, …

He also asks you to subscribe to his channel, but why? for more videos of your wife? Or more drone stuff? Seems sketchy, also, only an idiot would upload this to youtube before the divorce if final, unless it's real and this is an old video and they are already split. I call bullshit, but what do I know

Article has many examples of women being abused via these new guidelines but does not even mention that men can also be effected by emotional abuse. How about the ever so common withholding of sex? How does this not fall into the books new definition of domestic abuse show below? “Domestic violence occurs with one partner exerting power and control over the other and that often occurs over a period of time,” she said. Sounds pretty cut and dried to me, but wait.... “There are many abusive relati…

If you dont want to be seen in your bikini or whatever you CHOOSE to wear in PUBLIC then dont go in public. I assume I am being watched or filmed whenever I am in a public place, there is no assumption of privacy. How is a nerd on a drone any different than the fat old man sitting in his beach chair hiding behind his sunglasses? If you dont want people to see you, dont be seen, simple as that. The underage girl in her own back yard is so different than the case OP posted, I dont even know why yo…

As an unmarried and childless home/property owner I could not agree with this more. Why do I pay more for public schools than the parents of the kids who attend them just because they can't afford the children they chose to have in the first place?

He should consider suing whatever body brought the charges against him. Any case that is thrown out minuets into the opening testimony is a clear indication the prosecution did not do their due diligence when gathering the "facts" of the case.

How does getting married keep her from leaving and having your kid raised by another guy? She can leave regardless, marriage only complicates the inevitable breakup

As others have stated, its 50% more, not 50/50. 61% female, only 39% male

his response was ' Haha ok' I dont think she would write out his response unless it was a quote via text, therefore I concluded that the whole conversation was over text, which she very conveniently forgot to mention one way or the other.

If the ex-future-husband was the one who paid for the 8k reception would it still be thrown out? I reread the article, and they do say "her reception" but never clearly state that she, not the ex, paid for it.

Just to play devils advocate, if half the people who stay in marriages are miserable then at least half of those who got divorced should be happy, not have it ruin their life. I believe it was Louis CK who said 0% of happy marriages end in divorce. So its probably closer to "get married and 1/2 the time it will ruin your life" (25% you get divorced and didn't want to, 25% you stay married and dont want to lol) Hope that made sense.

Its the type of thing that could be lying in wait, just waiting for a situation like this to come up, then you would see the gender bias in all its glory. But maybe you are right and we are not as far gone as I thought, actually I would like to think that because it would leave hope for us to get our senses back and stop this shit.

Yes the major metro areas will always lead the charge, but just look at any college campus across the US. Shit is everywhere

You cant yell "fire" in a movie theater without there being one, its illegal, despite the fact you are not telling anyone "stampeed out of here as fast as you can!" If she knew he had a history of violence or knew he might act like that its basically the same thing, she should have been charged.

Reminds me of a quote from a Jiu-jitsu black belt MMA fighter; "If you hit me you better knock me out on the first punch" or something like that. This was after he told a story how a drunk guy tried to punch him and missed, he had him down on the ground and arm choked out before the guy knew what was happening.

I want a wife with a 6 pack and a $200K a year job, Im just glad am I guy and I was not raised in a culture that told me I deserved that for doing nothing other than being born with an "innie" not an "outie".

Just like in the OP's story, not leaning towards you when you lean in for a kiss, shrugging away a simple hand on the shoulder / leg if you are sitting down, stuff like that

Chris Rock said it best: “I’m accustomed to fucking her 4 times a week. Now I at least should be able to fuck her twice a week. I mean, she can have the alimony but I want some pussy payment.” I never understood this idea of non-child support payments. The relationship is over, move on and be responsible for your own life or at least find some other poor sap to latch on to.

What blackmail could she use to avoid a test? Embarrassment is temporary, kids are for life This would be very easy, after she tells you she is pregnant and its yours, go to your doctor to get a fertility test done. If the test comes back that you are still infertile, take copies of your original and new fertility tests proving you cant be the father. Case closed. If you somehow are shooting full metal jackets again, you show her the original fertility test only showing you had the procedure and…

How about the fact that at 18 years old the US federal government can legally co-op my "manpower" and draft me into the service for what ever time period they seem fit, send me overseas to kill people I have never even heard of in a place half way around the world. Or the fact that not a single one of those doctors would bat an eye at a 20 year old who was pregnant. How does the answer to "do you want kids?" depend on your age? Why are you unable to be sure of your own body and life until you ar…

My "concern" (I use quotes bc I actually agree with you, but for the sake of arguing...) is that if she was just a slut and slept around, not really trying to trick her BF or whoever into raising a child thats not his, but not telling him there is a chance he isnt the father either, its more of a lie of omission, but still equally fucked up.

I think a more reasonable approach would be to request a DNA test to determine who the father is. This would do pretty much everything you want, you have your "out" but she still gets caught/called out and hopefully learns a lesson about trying fuck someone over. After all, 1 in 10,000 vasectomies reverse themselves over time, very small chance but it could still be your kid.

"The therapist then pipes in with some logic about her taking back her sexuality since she was attacked and how this wasn't cheating in the same sense of cheating" Since when is cheating definded by the cheater not the cheated on? If I am in a serious monogomous relationship, I make if perfectly well known that everything from kissing someone (outside of family etc) to sex is cheating in my book, no ifs ands or buts. She doesnt get to cheat to regain her womanhood or take back her sexuality, she…
