1	Help - Perspective Please We have a lot of history and it’s hard to compress into a Reddit comment, but the relationship issues are real and longstanding. We’re on our fourth couples therapist (third in the last four years). I’ve been doing individual therapy consistently and trying to show up differently, including working on my own patterns around guilt, conflict avoidance, and being able to say no without overexplaining.
