Bared was witness to the kiss and he already came out and told everyone and everyone moved against me immediately. I did tell them then and there she did kiss me and I kissed her back and left cause I was so confused why she did that.

I googled it falls under assault and its sexual assault. On top that her and Bared are claiming was she unconscious. But she clearly wasn't as I went to get an iPhone charger that she asked for.
